The sales team were very helpful, and yes they were all to happy to take my money. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE, I have owned my truck for 2 years now, I have always taken it to there service department to get any and all maintenance taken care of. Every time I bring my truck in the service tech forgets something, last time it was to turn off the keys and he drained the battery, or forgetting to change the air filter I payed for, or arguing with me that there is a cabin air filter. Today it s a 3 hour wait for an oil change when I was told it would be 2, then told they haven t even started it after 3 hours. Would NEVER recommend the service department here.

had a recent recall done there, for the shift column. after leaving I had two sensor lights on and my cruise control did not work anymore. long story short, when I went back for them to fix the problem, they attempted to charge me for the cruise control, even though they admitted the cruise control not working was related to the sensor lights being on. 3 hrs later they finally fixed everything, with no charge to me..there shouldn't of been at all anyway. I highly doubt that I will ever return there for anything.

Good luck with their service department! Can't even make an appointment to get a possible warrantee issue looked at unless you drop it off for an UNSPECIFIED amount of time - up to three days! Ridiculous....Then they want $145 to just look at it for a diagnosis.

I had an awesome experience at Mac Haik Dodge in Temple Texas. My first time in here to have a recall item addressed and ended up getting my oil changed and will now be a life long customer because of the way I was treated. My service advisor was Jay Johnson and this guy was on the top of his gave. Even thought I did not purchase my truck from them, I was treated like I was a long time customer. Jay was up front with all costs and offered options that would save me money. He kept me constantly up to date on length of time to get the work done and was very respectful of my time. I will definitely bring my business back to this dealership and I will trust my service needs to Jay.

My service writer Ben did a good job he was polite and helpful. To the person who worked on my truck you kind of suck. One my truck is a work truck and it can be a little junky thats why I made sure it was cleaned out before I took it in for service. So when you went under my seat to pull out the tool to lower my spare you should've put my stuff back the way you found it or at least attempted to. Second you left dirty oil stains all over my truck and like I said I made sure my truck was clean when I brought it in so I noticed immediately that you left oily hand prints and smears down the the sides and front of my truck. Also you left my doors unlocked for I don't know how long after the work was completed because that was one of the things I noticed when I came in to pick up my truck. Customer service is key whether dealing with a person directly or indirectly. It won't be a comment online the next time I have any type of bad service. I'll talk to whoever is in charge the next time. You all have a nice day.

I am beyond impressed with Mac Haik! Jason and Rueben went beyond my expectations and worked out a deal for me that I couldn t resist! This is my second vehicle to purchase in the last 3 months and they worked as hard as they could to get me the vehicle I wanted! Draper was fabulous as always, making the car buying experience enjoyable! I will be going back for my next car when I m in the market! Great company and amazing employees!

Sold me a good truck but the F&I (finance guy) was dishonest. I paid off the truck without missing any payments. The F&I guy told me they placed a tracking devices on the vehicle until it s was paid off but they did not. Mac Haik didnt give me in house financing so why would they install a tracking device. Once I paid truck off, I called and told them to remove the tracking device and they told me it doesn t have one. Of course not, their just dishonest and for that reason I will take my business somewhere else.

Worst experience EVER! I was interested in purchasing a vehicle,I let the sales person know my situation and thought the person understood, that was dumb on my part! I got an approval and attempted to keep communication, but the sales person ignored my calls/messages. Next thing I know,I take time to go in there, my sales person was coincidentally always"out", until one day,I finally get ahold of them and let them know that I have cash money. Go in, they talk with me, called me back a couple of days later, then don't even tell me whenever I went in there that my approval expired, they hid that from me. I will NEVER GO BACK,& WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DEAL WITH THEM! Just a waste of time, unless you enjoy getting screwed over!

The lady explained to me if I wanted my vehicle done early I should have told them when I dropped it off even though I made an appointment. Customer service was awful. Came in to see a car i've been wanting to buy for a while with the hopes of making a deal that day. I was greeted by one of the salesmen and he seemed very annoyed to even have to show us anything. We came up to one of the cars and we waited in silence for him to say anything about the car. We had to start asking questions ourselves to even get any information. He then drove us to a lot to show us other cars and didn't even get off the golf kart until we had walked around the cars for a few minutes. This salesman even spit into his trashcan while we were sitting talking numbers which I find very unpolite. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or something is going on in his life which if it were to be the case, I understand and the dealership should be aware of it's employees personal issues and help them out so us customers don't have to feel discouraged to buy a car here but in this case I will be driving to Georgetown to make my purchase instead.

Mike sent me a quote $4325.00 higher than their advertised internet price and then marked it back down to the original internet asking price. Picked up a used F-250 from Killeen Mac Haik. After driving it for a few weeks I realized the alignment was off. Olin and Brent had me bring it by the Killeen store and they took it to Temple for me and had the Service department take a look. They fixed the alignment and adjusted the steering wheel. I bought my Ram from them and while the vehicle was under warranty, the service was good. recently, i started getting text messages several times a week saying they needed the make and model of my vehicle due to not having enough for demand. after finally getting that stopped and my vehicle warranty ending, it was more difficult to get things done. service was always booked up when i was able to schedule an appointment. I ended up taking it to another dealer who just did what they wanted and didnt fix any of the issues i had. I scheduled an appointment for today to get one of the issues fixed. i checked the box stating that i was going to wait. when i checked in i was told that it would be later today and possible beyond that before it could get looked at by a tech. i said that i scheduled my appointment and checked that i would wait. the service writer said that they dont have a tech waiting to work on my vehicle and the appointment time is just to speak to the writer not to get service done. if you offer me a time to be there and it gets scheduled, dont tell me that thats not how it works here but it does every where else. you have lost a customer. i refuse to drive 45 minutes for this treatment!

On both lots a salesperson was standing near the door and did not even acknowledge our existence or mention to anybody else we were there. The prices are very high compared to Covert in Austin. On Sept 20th 2012 I called the service dept, explained my issues with my car and that I had small children with me, they told me Id be put in a "loaner car" until they figured out the issue. Drove there from Killeen with my kids, only to be told I was given the wrong info. I left in tears because the car wasnt really safe to drive in my opinon. I called the Gm Dwaine and explained the issues, he then had John the Service Manager call me and let me know they would pick up the car from my home on Wenesday between 830am-9am. That time came and went, So i called the GM back, Was spoke to horribly, disrespected because THEY dropped the ball on this. He informed me he was doing this as a "courtesy". I got passed that because i wanted my car to get fixed. John the service manager picked the car up, and called me a little while later, he said he definaitly felt the shaking in my car and was indeed unsafe to drive. I was told the parts should be in Friday, Tuesday I got a call saying they were in and my car should be ready by the following day by 1pm. I called they were still working on it, I was getting fishy info from them so I placed a call to Dodge Customer Car. They called me (Thursday Sept 27th)after i had been fight with the dealership and stated the part never came in until Wenesday, They had infact lied to me and my husband over the course of the week. Finally after I put in another call to the Gm who is like any other car sales is a con, with John on Speakerphone, they would NEITHER CONFIRM OR DENY that they part came in on Wenesday, and tried to play it off like it was normal and I was in the wrong, after 10 DAYS I'm still waiting for my car. In the hopes they didn't intentional do anything to damage it because we kept trying to get info on our car. The way Dwain spoke to myself and my husband was disgusting! But apparently thats how they treat there Customers and Active Duty Military, after buying a $25k car from them. I will let everyone I come in contact with looking for a car, to NEVER go to ANY MAC HAIK Dealerships, Esp Temple or Killieen! I plan on seeking legal action.

I searched the Ram Factory website before I called so I knew they had what I wanted and the price. They matched the quote the Carmax gave me for my trade in. The only downer was the extra "Theft Deterrent Program" and Paint protection the finance dept makes you take for 896.00, they should really drop tatics like that. Overall it was a good experience, the sale person Ernie was awesome and went way over and above my expectations.

My experience with Mac Haik - Temple has gone from sugar to crap within a month's time. Customer service and response time was great before I signed on the dotted line. After I purchased the car, it took exactly 30 days to even send the documentation necessary to title my car to the DMV. Phone calls are rarely returned, if ever. And the sales team tells you whatever you want to hear to buy a car, Corey Barnett in particular. Make sure you get everything in writing, or save your emails/text messages. Be prepared to do the legwork and research on your own, because they're not helpful.

I had to call Mopar only to find out that my car's radio wasn't nav-ready, even though Corey told me numerous times that I could add it at a later time.

Bottom line, be ready to deal with hassles and employees who "drop the ball" on a consistent basis if you purchase a car from Mac Haik - Temple.

As someone who's been in the service industry for over 30 yrs i know what a "World Class" experience looks like and I received it this week at Mac Haik Temple. I started the week not seriously looking to upgrade my 2016 Ram but just checking things out. Francisco Mendez (sales representative) and Jason Scott (GM sales) took the time to learn what it would take to get me to upgrade and then they set about making it happen. They picked up exactly what i was looking for from a dealership in New Braufels and called me earlier today to tell me they had it cleaned up and filled with gas. I walked in at 1:00pm and drove off the lot at 2:00pm in my new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie edition. That was by far and away the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Mac Haik and special thanks to Jason and Francisco!!

I will never do business with them, again, and I will deter everyone I know from going to Mac Haik. The only thing they did right was bring the car I wanted up from Austin for me. I went in pre-approved by my bank, and I found out in the weeks following that they ran my credit with 4 different banks. I had to argue with them at the signing of the contract on which rebates I qualified for, to the point I called my bank and had to get the information for them that totaled $1,500/5% of the cost of the vehicle. I had to go bank 3 times to sign additional paperwork. 3 weeks later they have yet to pay off my other vehicle and to get the only form needed to my bank.

Awful experience with Caitlin, the buyer for the store. I had my vehicle for sale on Facebook Marketplace, and she offered me the exact pay off amount for the loan I had left on the car. Got off work 2 hours early to meet her since 6:00 wasn t good enough, drove 30 minutes to the store, and then she lowered the offer after seeing my car due to things I didn t disclose mind you this woman came onto my post, didn t ask for any details, made an offer, and then took it away once I got to her. How about not wasting people s time and getting all of the info you need from them before making an offer. I got way more from Carmax and wish I didn t waste my time here. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

After being treated like a VIP at my local Dodge dealer I was very disappointed with the service dept. after I visited Temple, Texas Dodge dealer after having my two batteries fail on my cummins diesel Pick up. I was assured the battery terminals would be cleaned as part of the battery replacemment...not done...I also requested an oil change; there was no next oil change sticker attached...I'm praying my oil was actually changed. The most obvious lack of quality control was having a white vehicle and seeing the grease all over the front quarter panels and the hood; so much so that it could not have been an over site. At nearly $500 from a retiree budget I can only suggest you look elsewhere if you are in need of service for your Dodge-Chrysler vehicles

Sales experience was fine. Unfortunately the salesman is no longer at the dealership. Got a slow leak in a tire within nine months of purchasing the brand new vehicle.

Dealership checked it and told me there is no leak. Every three weeks the same tire is below safe levels and needs more air. (I have documentation). Has been happening almost two months. Service tech was not interested in helping me figure out the problem. It wasn't an easy fix so it's not his problem anymore.

Didn't even bother giving me manufacture information so I can contact directly. Essentially told me to look on the tire and Google it.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE. APPARENTLY ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $ YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
