I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 1230...
I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 1230PM and at about 100PM when I stepped outside to take a personal phone call, my car was parked and had not been worked on yet, leading me to being at the dealership until after 2PM. Which is frustrating because I thought the point of scheduling an appointment is to cut down on waiting time and to be seen right away? Also, I had to remind the service representative, again at the end of my service, that I was on a prepaid plan. This also kept me at the dealship longer because he had to verify this with an account specialist, which was difficult to locate at the dealership. Maybe streamline this process better by automatically having this displayed on customers account upon checking in? I stated I was on a prepaid plan when I made my appointment over the phone! Overall, I tend to be dissappointed in the customer service of this dealership there tends to be a lot of disregard for you, your time, and passing on of responsibility to someone.
