Had a great experience -- i went in with some specific requirements of a car but needed some guidance on which one to pick. Julien did an awesome job taking what i wanted into consideration and provided me with a few options and we went through each one and Julien patiently answered all my questions and helped me figure out which one was best. Much appreciated!
Once i picked the car, the team ran me through all the paperwork and helped me transfer my stuff from my old car into the new car. Things ran a bit late, but there was never a push out the door or anything like that.
In conclusion, it was a great experience from the minute i walked in to the minute i left. Car shopping is usually pretty stressful for me because there are a lot of options and i dont know much about cars, but my experience at Lupient really had me leaving the lot with a car i felt comfortable driving away in for a change.
