I recently purchased a Toyota Rav 4 from Lou Fusz Toyota at 10725 Manchester Road. The Sales Consultant, Nancy Schubert, introduced herself and answered all of the questions I had prepared beforehand. She was courteous, thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was not aggressive in our transaction. In fact, this was the most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. She simplified the process, provided some ideas I had not thought of, and was especially fair in our negotiations. Within 15 minutes from entering the dealership, I purchased the 2014 Rav 4. She then introduced me to Bill McKeown, the Finance Manager. Bill was just as pleasant and knowledgeable as Nancy. He was thorough in providing me with some financing options and never tried to talk me into buying a plan I was not interested in. He also made the process simple. What I found especially interesting with both Nancy and Bill was their employment tenure with Lou Fusz. Both of them have been with the Dealership for over 20 years! That told me a lot about them, as well as the way Lou Fusz treats its employees and customers. The bottom line is that because of my experience with Nancy and Bill, they didn't just sell me one vehicle, they made a customer for life.
