We were originally put into contact with Fusz through an online buying service that uses TrueCar. Shelby Parker was very helpful in doing initial email correspondence. Garrett Watson then followed up with an online video review of the car that we ended up buying which led us to schedule an appointment at Lou Fusz. Shane Roemer was the salesperson we worked with when we got there and he was very helpful in reviewing the car, comparing some other options that we were considering and providing other information we were seeking. He is very congenial, open and friendly. He organized a great trade in value for our original vehicle (more than double what we had received at another dealer) and represented our request for a further reduction which was met without debate. Based on our experience at another dealer and our online research, we got a great deal that we are very happy with. We then met with Travis Burch to finish financing and review warranty packages. He was very helpful and we were able to quickly come to a decision on the packages that seemed most appropriate for us. We selected the oil service and exterior/interior warranty program which we felt would be good value since we plan to own the car for seven plus years. Shane was very helpful going over the cars features after the purchase and we are confident he will be a strong advocate for us at the dealership in service after the sale.
