This review is particularly for Beatrice. M. from the point I was introduced to her to take on the mandate of placing an Au Pair for an UHNW family of mine, I got the feeling of "can do" she was very flexible accommodating herself with the timeline and demands of my clients. "she got it" I will have no problem dealing with her or the company. she did what she said she will do. She went above and beyond and delivered.
I registered with them 5 months ago asking to apply for the DBS check, i called many times, and the last one was a week ago. They dont call me back. I think they have many people and they can't attend everybody.

The only thing I am happy about is that I didn t actually employ anyone through them, paying them a huge fee, because as I see now from this experience, they are absolutely unreliable.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: After being placed for a temporary job with view to become permanent, having a trial i felt it was not a good fit ( i knew this before however Taryn was very pushy in order for me to go). It's been over a week and i still haven't been paid by the agency. My consultant Taryn promised last week she will make sure i get paid. This week is surprisingly a different story apparently i should chase a client myself to make a payment as apparently agency is in no position to pay. The agency is a huge disappointment honestly - they are very quick and eager to place nannies, promise different hourly rates than actually confirmed with a client however if problem arise in this instance no payment made, they do not help at all. I am sad to say i will not be using the agency anymore nor recommending to anyone i know if its a family or a nanny.

Given such a difficult time currently, you can still tell that Margaux was on top of everything as she will keep me updated with every information she has since day one. Luca Volpe is an excellent first aid trainer. Luca is enthusiastic and motivated. Luca made learning fun and he encouraged all of us to participate. We learnt much from Luca including CPR for children and babies and use of a defibrillator for heart. I have only been working with Little Ones for about 2 weeks and within that fortnight, they already secured me a job and set me up with additional training that was needed for me personally. candidates, was excellent in the interview and information process, but unfortunately didn t follow through half of enthusiasm she had explaining/talking about temp work for lack of some action. She later on told me, she doesn t have roles coming through, after weeks.
Poor communication via email, started the same day after interview, once she got documents, said she needed via email, and not because she went away on holiday.
By ghosting candidates, I am certain they thought one was silly enough to buy the course, which you needed, in order to work with Aurelie, who also manages temp candidates..
that didn t work on myself, as I already see a pair of potential takers, that haven t showed trust.

I joined the agency a while ago, did the first aid course, excellent course. After a while I decided to change my job, I was undoubtedly very well attended by my consultant Ewin, she did a great job, she was in contact with me all the time, I did several interviews, but since I had some demands on work, it was not a very fast process, and she had all the patience to help me to reach my goal, always very attentive, even on the days off, she was always there with me, not discouraged even for a moment until we succeeded. I just have to thank Ewin for all the care and dedication and professionalism. I was always very well taken care of by all of the agency. We trusted Little ones to send us a qualified nanny housekeeper at short notice. What we got instead was a mentally unstable person who put my children at risk and was incapable of using a dishwasher. We had to kick them out and my wife was left alone without help. Little ones have promised to refund their fee but we are out of pocket for what we had to pay this person to leave our house. Little ones are just introducers, they will not take responsibility for the person that comes to your home. Keep that in mind before you use agencies.

I went to Little Ones to complete my first aid course and found the course to be very good and the teacher Graeme was excellent, he was friendly, experienced and funny making jokes along the way. I booked another course, the Early Years Care Education Course. Our teacher Adeline was also amazing, she was experienced, knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this course to others.

Worst staffing agency in London! I registered with them a few years ago. After coming into their office, they promised they had many roles for me. Many of the roles they had advertised were below minimum wage at the time with a few decent ones. I never heard anything back regarding any job I ever replied to or email I sent.
After dropping them and giving up. I was headhunted by two of their agents via LinkedIn for a high profile role in which I am very qualified for. Not only did the agent not keep her first appointment with me (not a huge deal, things happen), she had me contact my references, send her their info, update my CV, send her photos with white backgrounds, etc. No response. I sent two emails to her. No response. I sent an email to her colleague, no response.
This is seriously the worst agency I ve ever dealt with in London. The most unprofessional and useless for very worthy candidates and families. I will never use them again and would advise others not to as well.
Little Ones (UK) Ltd has efficiently been assisting my search for a position as an Overseas English or French Governess. I am very satisfied with the thoughtful concern and quick follow up every application is handled, in particular by Miss Karolina Maher-Middleton.
In my opinion, these are dangerously unprofessional and aggressive people. My experience: the worst of its kind, ever, and by a country mile.

The training was very detailed and taught with great support in understanding each topic clearly and concisely. I came out of the class with a lot of knowledge.
I had my Paediatric First Aid course on Sunday 22nd and it went really great. Adriana, the teacher, is very knowledgeable and the long day course seemed much shorter thanks to her interesting First Aid stories/experiences. Her delivery of the course was very professional and up to a high standard, not only for the extensive covering of the theory, also for her dedication, perseverance and patience during the practice. I would recommend this course to any one, without a doubt.

Be careful, we paid the registration fee and then got no value whatsoever, random CV's not a single interview, and really struggled even to get the staff to arrange phone calls. The agent agreed that the service was poor and they would refund the fee, but so far nothing

Little Ones Agency have been brilliant. This is the second family the have helped me get. They have told me about jobs and when the family want to arrange an interview they have been very helpful to arrange and get the ball rolling. I give them 10/10 for all they do to help get a job and i would recommend other nannies to use Little Ones.
I came to this company to help find a position within education I.e (nursery)
My experience was horrendous because the employee (male) that was supposedly help me made crude comments to me and about women in general.
I tried to rectify the situation by talking to the manager of little ones in Soho and he explained he had been off for annual leave so I hadn't been able to get this sorted for a month. I finally get through to him and he explains that he's sorry and that a new employee will contact me about work because the crude male had been fired for obvious reason.
I since have had no contact with them, they have not followed up anything with me and quite frankly would appreciate a refund on the course that I won't be using because only little ones needed it.
I feel that this company is a con and quite honestly very poorly managed.

We had a pretty poor experience with this company.
You pay an upfront fee for them to start their 'search' (non-refundable) and then if you end up hiring somebody they recommend you can be paying an extra one hundred and fifty pounds per week to them on top of the nanny's wages.
They were unable to find a suitable nanny for us and their customer service was pretty disappointing. You get passed around from person to person, they say they have sent emails when they obviously haven't.
For the money they charge you'd expect something very premium but this isn't it.
I strongly reccomend this company and its services for Nannies and families. Excellent and most efficient staff members who has positive and realistic approach to find best matches for your needs and requirements. They all have amazing communication skills within the company which is hard to find in many organisations. Daniela has done superb job and I belive she is a great asset to the industry!

I have worked through Little Ones for 10 months, and my experiences have been entirely positive. I have been found regular work with nice families, I have been asked to work with the same families on multiple occasions and have been happy to do so. My consultant at Little Ones, Neja, has always been helpful and has responded quickly to any queries I have had.

Honestly, I am really disappointed. I've been in their office 3 Times. I filled out the form brought my documents had my references ready (I spoke to my references and their where waiting for a call) and nothing. Each time I called up the little ones hoping to get a phone call or email but nothing. The communication is non excisting and at this point I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wasted my time and energy to a company hoping to get a job. The last time I was there I told the lady my poor experience I had with them in the past and she promised me this time would be different and she would be in touch with me.....
Overall, if you go into their office they make a professional first impression but afterwards do not expect to hear back from them!!!

I am loathe to leave bad reviews for companies but my experience with Little Ones was truly awful. I wish I had listened to several friends who warned me off using this agency.
I would be very reluctant to recommend Little Ones to anyone looking to fill a housekeeping position. As a PA, it is my job to represent my boss, and to liaise on their behalf with all sorts of people - and my experience in doing so with Little Ones was completely exasperating at times. They supposedly fully vet their candidates, and provided my boss with what they claimed to be one of their strongest housekeeper candidates who had been on their books for years. They even went as far as saying they had an extra special relationship with this particular candidate, this of course suggesting they knew her very well. However due to personal family issues she left the role after just 4 weeks. This was understandably disruptive and disappointing, and whilst we understand that family issues happen, on this particular occasion we felt like these were known to Little Ones in at least some capacity before the candidate was introduced, and should have been flagged up to me and my boss at the time of placement. The most frustrating part of the experience was that Little Ones never showed any kind of acknowledgment that they had responsibilities to both the client (my boss) and the candidate. My boss lost thousands on a placement fee, and despite multiple emails between her and Little Ones over weeks of time after the sudden departure of their excellent candidate, Little Ones failed to show any kind of sympathy, understanding, or recognise that a refund of some sort was not only expected by my boss but totally necessary.
I with Karolina, she was fantastic. From the nanny side, I would highly recommend working with agency. I will definitely reach out in the future for my placement.

I recently signed up to the Little Ones agency after seeing an advertisement I was interested in. I was directly contacted by a lovely lady named Danielle we then had a facetime interview which was very relaxed but professional she gave me advice and helped me with my profile eg the correct picture to use etc etc.
Since then she has recommended me for 3 positions she felt suited my skills and what I was looking for.. I have just had what I feel was a very successful interview organised by the team and I am awaiting the outcome.
