As a nanny looking for a job I connected with this agency because I am foreign and was interested in speaking my native tongue.
I paid a big amount of money for the first aid course, which was a good course... although during the first Aid Course I saw a hand full of other nannies from Little Ones who had zero experience and didn't even know how to hold a baby even though they were starting their job (with babies) that week.
In total they send me 3/4 family descriptions on WhatsApp and I said I wanted to get in contact with 2 of those, but I never got back from them. I know it's weird times and harder to find a job, but I expected to, at least, be in contact with 1 family. Which didn't happen. No good.
My experience has been awesome. what a wonderful, most friendly agency. over the phone and in person. i witnessed everyone who works there very happy, smiley and warm.

I was very impressed by the kindness, professional attitude - and style of this agency. I am very happy with my Agent, Mila Torre. Very good sense and judgement of which families could fit and be happy , with which Nanny. And vice versa. They are the best agents I have ever been in touch with.
Although the quality of nannies provided by Little Ones is good and their search is generally efficient, we have been hugely disappointed by the quality of client service provided by Little Ones. For reasons outside of our control, our nanny was unable to start work with us and we found our own nanny. Little Ones refused to refund the fees we had paid and we have had to resort to taking legal action at the county court to recover the fees. They made inaccurate references to the nanny having started work with us and taken a trip with us when she hadn't and had in fact taken a personal trip to that country. Once written evidence of these inaccuracies was provided, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. We also had a couple of more minor issues with the reference verification process which they did not really acknowledge either. Very disappointing.
The office itself was really modern and clean, and the five minutes I had to wait my interview didn't feel like waiting. I had a nice consultant named Lisa and we got on very well. She interviewed me very professionally and we understood each other very well. My experience from the Little Ones was only positive!
I found Little one extremely helpful good team work ,The appointment was made asap and very relaxed but efficient atmosphere with cheerful easy going staff, Registration process was very simple and easy and staff were very keen to help .It was not long before i was forwarded some suitable jobs where they put me forward for positions and set up Skype interviews.The office is very easy to find ,nice clean and colorful environment.I would highly recommend Little ones in your search for nanny positions.

I went to Little Ones for an interview around two months ago and was informed that meetings with familys would be arranged for that same week. I never heard from them. It is a shame, they are supposed to be a professional nanny agency yet they are badly organised and clearly don't care for their nannies. I found a job quickly elsewhere which I am very happy with, so Little One's poor service is no loss to me...

I paid an upfront administration fee which was non refundable which i don't have a problem with. I clearly stated my criteria and was told they have people on their books to match my criteria,following our conversation I paid the administration fee. Soon after I received 4 candidates that were completely different to what i had asked for and did not match my criteria.
I called and emailed them back immediately and was told that they cannot recruit candidates based on my criteria request. This i can clearly understand but why did they not mention this before i paid? They should have also told me they do not have any such candidates so i could have made an informed decision on weather i want to pay them the fee or not!
I wrote and requested a refund and they refused on the grounds that they had sent me 4 candidates!
A complete Sham in my opinion!!!
Despite not having a great experience the first time around with little ones I was able to restore my faith in them due to my great consultant Taryn Welsby. From the start she showed faith and compassion in finding me a perfect role and within a few days I had a interview and now a job with a lovely family. Taryn took the time to listen to myself and what I was looking for she gave me reassurance from the start and did everything she said she would. Im sure they have other lovely consultants however I recommend Taryn all the way as she will get you what you need.

I recommend 100% The little ones , is a fantastic agency to find a job as a nanny. Nora was my consultant and she was so friendly and professional. In less than two weeks I had a new jobs.

After my experience with Little Ones, I contacted the Client Relations department informing them of my experience. Although everyone is entitled to their own ways of practice and guidelines, having specific requirements of candidates they register to their organisation for representation, etc etc...
It is unethical to calm I have provided false references, when this can be proved otherwise by my P60 slips and bank statements. And where is the logic of creating an online profile for a candidate, provide them with clients/families brief portfolios, when this individual had provided false information?

A hopeless service. 8 months after signing up with little ones I received a call from my sister (who was listed as my next of kin) to inform me about a nanny opportunity from little ones. She had received a phone call from Fabiola who had discussed the job with her. Although Fabiola had not realised she was speaking to the wrong person, my sister was able to figure out it was me she was after and gave her my number and also gave me Fabiola's number. Since then I have tried to get in touch via phone and email numerous times and have not had any success or response. Very unprofessional and unorganised service and staff. Do not waste your time.
I've worked with the agency for 2 years now on a casual temp basis. I go through the assistant Neja for all my work and she's very professional, very organised, communicates very WELL, and always ready to help us. They pay right and always on time. If I tell Neja when I'm free ,she'll always let me know if she has work. All potential jobs are initially texted through which I find is easy way of working. i HIGHLY RECOMMENDER THEM TO ANYONE
The worst nanny agency and its FRAUD.
I called a week later as I never heard back from them regarding a nanny and my details were not even put on the system.
I had four different people say different things to me.
And each time you ask for a certain member they say she has left or is on annual leave.
We are now towards the end of august and no one emails me any nanny positions.
James is supposedly dealing with my application and haven't even got back to me.
They all LIE and they don't even send you anything.
Do NOT use their service and I have now taken it further with solicitors as it's unacceptable and after reading quite a few reviews it shows this is done regularly.

Jenny is probably one of the best people I've encountered when it came to talking to agencies. She would send me details of new job posts that matched what I was looking for, (most of the time) very frequently, I didn't manage to get a job out of them unfortunately but they were so much more responsive and helpful than any other agency I've had to deal with and will happily go back to them in the future.

I'm very happy with this agency, especially with Guiomar. She found a very nice job for me in less than a week. They are very professional and helpful.
My consultant Yoana was great and very helpful, she is considerable and really easy to work with!
We were left incredibly disappointed in the service received from Little Ones. They found us a great nanny who unfortunately felt the role wasn't right for her and left after 5 weeks. We paid an enormous fee (I believe the highest amongst all agencies) to Little Ones to secure her based on their reputation. When it came time to replace the original nanny they were unable to find a suitable replacement within the time frame we needed. We found a replacement ourselves which left us having paid an astronomical sum of money to Little Ones for 5 weeks of work by a nanny. Whilst they owe no refund according to their terms and conditions, I would never recommend this agency. I believe it is possible to find a cheaper agency who will provide more personal attention and actually care for their clients rather than solely focusing on profit with no sense of moral obligation to its clients. Please read their T&Cs very carefully as the fine print will show how easy it is for this agency to take your money with no actual service provided!
Karolina is a truly conscientious recruiter. Karolina doesn t just bandy emails back and forth she communicates. Karolina will call & talk to get a true picture of both parent and candidate; her support is awesome.
Please stay away from them, I have had a pretty bad experience with the agency that had come recommended. They made me pay a 250 pound upfront fee before showing me any potential lead.
Their selection of housekeepers was pretty poor, we had a trial with one of them that was passing grade but nothing special, but the housekeeper disappeared and never came back. They mentioned that it was the most outstanding worker they had on file.
The second one they sent was of very low quality.
When I confronted the arrogant gentleman who was overseeing my case about those issues, he took no blame for it, claims he did a very good job, which he clearly didn't. When I tried to call the agency to speak with one of his superiors about this lack of professionalism and poor service, no one was obviously available...
Save your money, go with another agency that won't steal 250 pounds from you and that will have a much better selection of candidates than this one.
I would not recommend using this agency. While it specialises in providing bilingual nannies and charges a high agency and registration fee, it finds very few candidates that meet the language criteria and charges monthly fees for the poor service.
Hazel is a very hard working woman! She is constantly available and works really hard to find placements for people. Shes also a lovely person as well and we've had nice chats about everything from her daughter to dosas! Thanks Hazel :)

Little Ones Nanny is a bad place to work. Very bad management!!!! They treat their employees like trash!!! (criminal) when they terminate you are escorted out of the building within 5 mins. It is unbelievable how this company invite people to work for them under false per-tense. However this is highly deceiving because after Little One Agency terminate people who are respectable real human being they get kicked out as if they were trash (Criminals). The nannies are right they have no intention of helping them find a job they just want you to walk through the doors to say they have a high volume of nannies and to sell their useless course

I found a job through little one 2 years ago and never needed to contact then for anything.
Just recently I had a misunderstanding with the family I work for so I tried to get the agency's help but every time I contact them, there is no one to help and they say they will call me back but they never do.
Absolutely dreadful agency. By far the worst service I had ever experienced. Registered for work with them. Ever changing consultants, rude reception staff, emails and calls never being returned. Almost impossible to get hold of any of the staff while making job inquiry -usually met with complete ignorance. Really surprised they still in the business
My experience here has been a terrific one mainly because of my recruiter Hazel she has worked around the clock and gone above and beyond her duties. Unfortunately my experience in Littlw Ones was no how I expected. I am a psychologist and the reason why I wanted to work as Nanny was passion for learn and help in a properly way the parents with thei children due to I have far children clinical and education knowledge.
LAETIZCIA was the reclutant who attend me in Oxford street on my 2nd day in London. I was very happy after the interview. L. Told me that she needed 3 recomendations and my titles and then we can start to work.
I achieve my 3 recomendations from hospitals, centers and summer camps and I gave to L.
L. took me a photo and told me that in the next 2 days she was going to get in touch with me and show me the offerts to choose.
Obviously she didn't do that and when I tried to know the reason, after 4 calls she told me that she was sick and she was sorry and the next day she was going to send me the offers.
At the end I was waiting almost 1 week and when I said to her that I needed to know if finally I had the job or in other case I could start to seek another she just reply after 1 day: "go ahead because this is not sure" Just that for me is totally unrespectfull and I was waiting one day more and nothing.
I wrote a last WhatsApp to L. where I explain my point and what a pity is that here in Little One (where show a very good service) hace people as reclutant as L. Who do not care about the people, who do not have the vocation to work helping the workers and who do not have the education at least to reply the message.
She took me all my desires to work in Little Ones and why I am writing this review? Because I am not willing to be treat as I worth less than other or something. All of us are humans and all of us deserve respect. And thats all that I want.

The guy I spoke to today was head of housekeeping and I explained I spoke to someone regarding joining the agency. Was told I could have an initial WhatsApp interview before I came into the office as I worked late and lived far.i left work early so could have the interview and no one called. All I wanted to do was to try and register and seek new employment as I have over 20 years experience as a house keeper. The guy was very rude so I ended the call .

I have edited my prior review as Little Ones Management threatened me with Legal action over my characterization of our experience. We are very disappointed with our experience and I would not personally recommend Little Ones as a nanny agency.
My experience with the agency was amazing. They have found me a lovely family very quickly. My consultant was really helpful and kind. I haven't started to work yet but they organized an interview precisely and I know they found the perfect family to me.
I have used four agencies in London over the past 5 years and in many cases really disappointed by the quality of nannies and the replacement of nannies leaving for various reasons. I was battle weary when I came upon Little Ones and the experience has been both a joy and lifesaver. First of all, the standards for the nannies they put forward was much higher than I had experienced previously (and every agency I used was a big 'named' place); second they offer a replacement period twice as long as ANY agency. Our incredibly loving and lovely placement had a personal emergency and had to return to Italy after nearly 4 months and within hours Little Ones started the process of finding both temporary and full time candidates. Within two days we found someone amazing. I speak from great experience, they are worth it!

This is the second time I choose Little Ones to get my Paediatric first aid certificate and I don't regret!! I really enjoyed the session because the teacher Adriana is great and makes sure you learn how to perform properly. She will explain you again and will ask you to repeat it as many times as needed it until you get it, as you could save someone's life, so it's important to know what and how to do it.
They provide you with a good equipment for everyone to practice what to do in case of choking or if you have to perform CPR for babies, children and adults.
