Luca Volpe is an excellent first aid trainer. Luca is enthusiastic and motivated. Luca made learning fun and he encouraged all of us to participate. We learnt much from Luca including CPR for children and babies and use of a defibrillator for heart. Luca s professionalism is a credit to his employer Little Ones and I would not hesitate to recommend Luca/ this day long course to anyone. Thanks for fantastic training!
