Terrible experience. Was given two candidates both of which went back to their countries within two months of starting. Clearly not thoroughly vetting candidates. Kept my fee and did nothing to help me. When I complained they ignored my emails. I was looking for a replacement or a refund but heard nothing. So disappointing that a business would treat its customers in such a way. Stay away.
Three years ago I used Little Ones to find my nanny. The service was attentive, thorough, we had a few interviews, and found a wonderful nanny. So when we needed a new one I immediately went to them again. This time around it was a disaster! I kept being told my salary was too low, that my offer wasn t good enough. Then I was presented candidates who - when interviewed - clearly had no interest in the position. We finally chose one. I should have been suspicious given her references were very short (a few lines) and her supposed training and qualifications had no dates. When she arrived in our home we realised she had no interest in the job, obviously no experience of nannying. We decided to end the experience. It took LO over 24h to get back to me. They then offered a new selection but I admit that I couldn t take any of them seriously given I know the previous one had lied about everything. I have since spoken to nannies who worked with little ones and they confirmed my suspicions that this agency does no checks, has no interest in our kids, charge some of the highest fees on the market and see us basically as cash cows. Avoid this company at all costs. I will not be seeing any of my money back... total rip off!!!!!
I am very impressed with this agency. I am looking for the right job for me and they are being very patient and always staying in touch when new jobs come in which they think could be appropriate. I would highly recommend them.

Not trustworthy. The owner is not polite she has not a standard way of treating people. The team has a lot of problems themselves and doesn t respect employees. Not to mention that she betray our trust and if anything we do doesn t fit her needs she humiliate and throw offences.

The way you used Zoom to interview me is very efficient and professional.
The worst agency ever, so if you need some nanny specially in this time don t go to them, they keep the money for a service they don t provided offering a voucher instead of the refund, when they didn t provided a services. We were trying to find a provisional nanny for our son because our nanny was away, and before they take the money they said we will help you we have many nannies in the area, in the end I receive 4 cvs 2 person from this Weren t able to work so basically 2 candidates and this candidates had more experience with cleaning than rather than a baby, so in the top of the whole lockdown stress you ended without a nanny and with more stress and when you contact them for a refund they don t process properly is being more than a month and they just replay now saying sorry but no refund even the service wasn t provide.
We used little ones to find a nanny for our 12 week old son. They were very polite and helpful, and matched us up with Diletta Simeone who was absolutely wonderful. She was very contentious and did a great job with the baby despite the fact that he has serious reflux and is very hard work.
My consultant Goretti Gabilondo are looking me a job with my requirements and warns me with every new position she believes it may be appropriate for me. She is very reliable and responsible. During the time she has been working with me already got me two interviews that fit my needs. I am very happy with her to be my consultant.
Signed up with this agency last year in hope they would help me find a weekend position as a Nanny. The guy who interviewed me seemed super friendly and very eager to help me find a weekend position. After phoning them a numerous amount of times and emailing them they never returned any of my calls or emails so I gave up! I am very disappointed as its been an absolute waste of my time and lost all faith in the company!

I met with Nora at Little Ones as a nanny looking for a part-time position. Although running late, the interview was thorough and efficient, and Nora took the time to listen and find out what type of position I was interested in. That evening, she sent through a list of potential jobs, from which I was able to choose which ones suited me best. Within a few days, I had a couple of interviews set up, and within 1 week I had a job offer. Of course, like with any childcare agency, as a nanny, you need to decide if the job is right and whether or not you want to apply, and not be pushed into taking a position you're not happy with. I felt Nora completely understood my reasons as to why certain jobs wouldn't work for me and she didn't pressure me, merely told me what options were out there. I would highly recommend Little Ones, and Nora in particular, to any nanny looking for their next position.

We needed help with our twins. Just peace of mind, a tidy house and someone trustworthy to support in our household. We asked for a housekeeper-nanny, full time, live in
Little ones agency found us a candidate. We flew her from Amsterdam. Paid her transportation, her first aid course. Trusted her and them. This candidate, who wasn t fit to do activities with the children, stole food and lied about it. Then discovered, accepted Doing it and did it again. By this time we told the agency her flaws, not a good cook, very slow in her work, my boy got hurt twice in her care, not focused, didn t understand commands. We didn t tell them she stole because it was just food. Little ones London offered more candidates, candidates unknown to them. It made us think that who you get are not screened. We got a candidate from Spain, in her 60s, fresh attitude, cussed 3 times. Sat to be served a tea. No care about the children or even picking up her cup of tea and cake.
Little ones stretched the trial period until we got locked in this.
Lost over 4300 for a person we had for little over a month. Please moms, be aware That There is a trial period you must not disregard. If you are not happy, fire her and them. Your health is important.
I suffer from post Parton depression and needed help, trust. Having someone who steals and lies living in your house forces you to feel vulnerable. Scared. Anxious.
I regret this so much specially because the agency doesn t even want to acknowledge even part of the mistake. No fairness here. If you hire them, you are really on your own.

I went to register as a nanny on a Friday. Daniela, the consultant, told me Monday will e-mail me a few jobs, so this will ensure me something to work. It's been 3 weeks now since then, and nobody contacted me. I sent her 2 different e-mails and i gave her 2 calls. Nonresponsive.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Had the worse experience ever. Got a job over seas with a horrible family. Unfortunately just find that out when it was too late. I'm very happy about the service Little Ones has provided to me. I dropped an email in the early morning requesting an Au Pair, and received call back from Asia as early as 9am. Asia was extremely helpful and polite. I was arranged for interviews very soon and she also arranged our interested Au Pair to meet the whole family, finally we decided to hire a girl who is young, smart, healthy and with very good manners. I joined a number of agencies when I was looking for the right nanny.
Little Ones is the only one that takes a fee when you sign up but it's totally worth it. Daniela sent me lots of good candidates and kept in touch regularly until she found me the perfect candidate. I would definitely recommend them.
Professional and reliable. Found the solution in the correct amount of time. Worked well under pressure and were able to identify the candidate I was after in order to create a good fit and reduce time spent on searching.
Absolutely appalling service. The agency were useless, wouldn't send us the nanny references and I couldn't actually trust them with a child's safety again. The nanny completely disregarded our requests, was unsafe with our daughter, anything could have happened. She let our toddler stay up until midnight! (If we were out). Didn't follow any instructions.She didn't feed her at all some days (when we were out), she didn't even know how to make boiled eggs!! We finally got her details and she had no childcare qualifications at all as the agency had claimed.
I called and emailed to complain several times and never got a call back. We had to send the nanny home in the end without anyone even calling me back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Wouldn't trust to keep a child safe.

I was looking for a childcare position job when I went to register with littleones; A trustworthy childcare agency as fare as I am concerned. I was interviewed by Dieneba Tirera who became my consultant. Dieneba is highly competant, professinal and devoted career woman. She taught me all I needed to know for an interview. I learned to be confident at any interview. She is always there for you and never let you down. Every step of my job search, she was with me. She always has the right words at the right time to comfort and encourage. she never gives up till she get the right job match for you. She cares for all her candidate. She will be in contact with you before and after an interview, even on the week end. She does a great job for Littleones . I think I chose the best nanny agency. I found them unprofessional and lacked communication with not only with me but with in the team. I was mislead and sent to interviews that if given the correct information I would have not gone to, essentially wasting my time. No feedback was ever given even after have 2 positive interviews where the families asked me back in person to have no follow up at all.
Pay attention to the fact they receive super high reviews from the nannies and very lo from the clients.
Here is what happened to us: when I was still pregnant I asked their help to find a bilingual (itLian English, noting fancy, and not necessarily mother tongue) nanny housekeeper to help me with my upcoming newborn baby.
They sent us some really good candidates, and after the interview we choosed one (Luisella Dettori).
So Little Ones asked us to pay the fee (really high) to finalize the contract, and we did so.
As soon as we paid the fee, it turned out that the candidate retired her candidature as she was not willing to do the housekeeping part of the job (despite it was in the job description and we also reiterate this during the interview)
So they offered us a replacement, but at that point they sent us five candidates not fitting the profile we were looking for, and that we would have never, never choose in the first place (and therefore paid a fee for). Just to give you some example, they sent us people not speaking a word of English, with no experience with newborn....they have even sent us the profile of a fruit handpicker....which was really not the skills were looking for, clearly! (With all the respect for any job). I also had the doubt they didn t check the references, because just making some question during the interview, the job timeline was not making any sense.
Since we were quite in need of finding someone, we have decided to have one of these (on the paper very skilled in housekeeping) making a try and in a couple of hours she destroyed our brand new Miele induction as she intentionally put tons of hair spray on it, to clean it - I am not Joking!
My thought was: luckily she made this on a kitchen appliance and not on my newborn!!
And by the way, Little Ones has no insurance coverage for the damages made by the candidates they sent you.
And then, contractually, their job is done.
Since then is almost impossible to get in touch with them (namely: Martina Dezio, Daniela Ferrari and their manager Ben Galley): they don t answer emails and every time I try to reach them over the phone they are always in meeting.
I don t have the competencies to say whether their behaviors is legal, but I am considering to ask the advice of a lawyer.
What I can definitely recommend you is to stay away from them: not just to avoid wasting your money, but -much more important- because if you are looking someone to leave your baby with, you want to use a stress free and relaiable agency. And in our experience they are not.
Sara and Yoanna were a huge help during this process, I got a very nice host family very quickly. I couldn t manage it without them. They were such a blessing for me.

The agency sent us a nanny for a trial without doing her background check, stating she had 4 years working experience. We found her profile online on a crowdfunding website and discovered she was 18 year old and a severe drug and alcohol addict ! And she was currently going through a period of cure. NEVER work with this agency, as you will put your children and your family at risk.

Went there last week as they asked me because I was lookig for a nanny job.
When I arrived the woman realised she forgot to ask me to bring with me some documents (and as she said that was the 3rd time that week).
I filled in the document on the Ipad they give you and when I was leaving this person made a comment about me not having the driving license.
I contacted through email this woman 3 days after I was there, just to let her know I've found a job but kindly asking if they could help me with something else.
I didn't get a reply and it's been already 4 days (I even texted her on her phone next day and no answer).
I wrote a complaint to the agency and they haven't even bother to answer.
Horrible experience.

The worst agency in London. I am a qualified teacher with over 20 years experience. After I registered with them I never heard from them again even though I kept trying to contact them. The agent never picked the phone up nor replied to my emails. Waste of time. Avoid!
I came across Natalie from Little Ones after applying for a position on a public job website and expected to have a very brief encounter with the agency. However Natalie went above and beyond to get in touch with me and find me a great position that I was happy with. She ensured that I was 100% happy with the choice that I had made and answered any questions or queries that I had. She was also able to relate back to her own experience as a nanny and this really helped to put things in perspective for me.
I have never received such friendly service from an agency in my time as a nanny and will only be comfortable going via this agency for future job searches.

Very unprofessional. I was a candidate looking for a full time nanny position with them and at first the agency staff seemed really nice but soon things changed, I was sent for interviews with families that weren't even expecting me, they have poor attention detail like distance of travel or the fact that I wanted full time and kept being sent for part time interviews or being sent to interview where the families had already hired someone. Very appalling service, poor communication, poor attention to detail and quite frankly they don't give a crap about candidates just treated as pawns and never getting back with any feedback if it doesn't involve any money for them and very good at inconveniencing candidates making them take days off work and failing to make them aware plans have changed. Avoid Kelly Stein at all cost.

This agency is trash! I took time out of a tight schedule to attend a face to face registration with Hannah. When I arrived she wasn't there, after half an hour I was told she was in a meeting and a colleague of hers will do the registration instead. It all seemed very positive, but I heard nothing from them. I even did First Aid through them. A week later I emailed Hannah to find out why I didn't hear from them, she never replied. Karolina did the same thing several times. This to me is very unprofessional. I wasted my time and money going there, they promised the world but couldn't deliver.

I went to that agency just to take a friend of mine. Everysingle one that came through the door didnt say good morning, hello, or something. The receptionist ( called Allegea i think) just joikking with her colleagues, singing and making weirds noises with her mouth.

I am really not sure what's with all those positive reviews about this agency! I am a professional nanny with 12 years experience, yet this agency managed to get me 1 (!) job offer from a family who offers 12 hours work per week and I have not even applied for their job through the agency, apparently they picked me from some list of nannies the agency sent them. I am registered with this agency for over 1 year!
There is a large turnover of consultants, chances are by the time the consultant learned your name, she'll be gone from the agency! The registration process itself was okay and smooth so no complaints about that but even though they made a note of my preferences and type of work I'm looking for, they are not even bothering with weekly email updates anymore on their new vacancies. Just wondering who they are giving all those nanny jobs to then.....
I have spent many many hours reading through their jumble of nanny job vacancies and writing lists to the agency of 10-12 job ref numbers per week for months asking them to forward my application to those families - unbelievable that no families were ever interested to interview someone with fluent English and 12 years experience!!! They really need to get their act together!
If I try to call the consultant, Chloe, she is never there, never gets on the phone and never returns my call. Stop wasting people's time like this, if you don't have enough vacancies for all your nannies on your books, just be honest about it!

Really good agency. I worked with them twice, and each time they were really efficient in sending me really interesting work positions. The consultant are nice and polite and keep in touch with you almost daily. My consultant was Anais and in less than one month, she found me a really nice family who I am working with now. Don't hesitate to contact them. They also offer classes for really good prices.
I really have had five star experience with Chloe. The candidates she provided me with were absolutely brilliant and the perfect match. My children have always rated them ten out of ten and on a personal level I loved being with them, So polite, helpful and fun. I really couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Chloe!
I am very happy with my experience in LittleOnes. My consultant Nora Astigarraga is fabulous and effective. She has continually sent me the positions I was interested, checking with me on the phone or by text if I was happy. She was quick to find the family I was looking for. She is friendly and efficient, really satisfied.

The 5 star reviews regarding this agency have to be with no doubt fraudulent and a misrepresentation of the truth and reality. Honestly it would be a serious catastrophic decision to employ this agency in any way or form. their approach and candidates scream "dirty scheme".
if you seriously care about your little ones then keep clear of this dodgy establishment that will only make you worry, and render your household to chaos. they promise and deliver decoy staff only to start you on a cycle of the worst quality and calibre of nannies and housekeepers under one company. its shocking how an agency can blatantly sell itself with a web site and long list of lies and still be operating. I implore any new victims to never put their homes or kids in the hands of these vultures. The pressure to and almost stalking levels to sign terms and agreements, and conditions with so many hidden small print are merely traps to basically forcibly extract funds from innocent families and makes it obvious that the scheme is to bank the agency fees with no intention to deliver the suitable staff or care whatsoever what the consequences their actions will lead to. A CON AGENCY WITH NO SHAME

This agency is the best! I've been wanting to find this kind of job since forever, so I applied and they contacted me the following day; Magda, the girl who's assisting me, is so nice and I enjoy so much the fact that she's helping and supporting me. 5 stars definitely!!!
