We had a pretty poor experience with this company.

You pay an upfront fee for them to start their 'search' (non-refundable) and then if you end up hiring somebody they recommend you can be paying an extra one hundred and fifty pounds per week to them on top of the nanny's wages.

They were unable to find a suitable nanny for us and their customer service was pretty disappointing. You get passed around from person to person, they say they have sent emails when they obviously haven't.

For the money they charge you'd expect something very premium but this isn't it.
