I give them 1 star because I cannot give them ZERO.
Fundamentally they are a good agency when it comes to services offered, structure etc, but when it comes to the culture and work ethics of the employees it goes south.
We have worked first with one consultant whose only and clear interest was a quick sale, we paid the trial fee for the person we choose with certain condition to be met, once they received the money they disappeared, the checks on the person were never made and when it came out that the person had mental problems and was supervised by a therapist, showing a clear failure from the agency, we have been offered another consultant, who again asked to be paid for the trial despite all the mistakes and problems we had before.
Management took verbal agreements over the phone and then wrote something different in their email confirmation.
Bottom line, if you are lucky to find someone quickly they are ok, if you need a more refined search with more work to be done by the agency they will show you their worst.
Obviously, legal action is now taken since their arrogance in using the terms & conditions is over obnoxious and little they know that what they wrote in emails and messages is contractually valid and overstate the T&C.... simple minds....

The agency was really good in organizing me a successful interview with a lovely family around the corner form my house, right in the first week after I applied. I am working with this family now since two weeks and am in love with the boys. I can really recommend this agency and if you have Anna Derecka as your consultant you are very lucky. She is super nice and very helpful.

VERY POOR service, they just try to put any nanny in your house.
1st one I had ended up being unstable, was swearing in front of my Daughter.
2nd one was nice but her Visa ran out after 2 months and she has to go...
They don't check anything.
I asked them to reimburse the remainder of the fees and they are just saying we will call you back.
They are arrogant and unprofessional

My experience as aupair with Little Ones has unfortunately been negative. Just entered, I realized that the children's mother had not given rules to children and demanded that I, the latest addition to dq two days like magic I made them eat everything. There is talk of two children who do not eat almost anything and find it difficult to even eat only small amounts. Also it talks about a woman anxious, nervous, still angry from which I suffered strong psychological pressure every moment of the day, I was screaming on me, insulted me, it is permissible to give me two jostling and throw milk on him in front of children, he gave me the pC and the phone on the ground. I have suffered much humiliation in four days and I also feared for my safety. The agency is paid by families, and when there are cases like these protection once again first of all families. The advice for families, Not at the aupair possible. My dignity no one's defense. When I asked for more detailed information on the family had nothing, no information. They could also have been criminals and they would not even know it. Agency unreliable, absolutely.

I registered as Nanny last March, I was happy with the recruiting process as the interview were very through, and the accuracy they used in checking my reference.
I like the way my consultant helps me prepare for phone interviews, and then follows up.
I highly reccommend the agency.

I have used the service of the agency to attend a Paediatric first aid class with tutor Dan Beasley. That was one of the best courses I have been as Mr Beasley wanted to make sure we all understand the subjects he was talking about. Definitely recommend this course with Little ones and Dan Beasley.

The staff were so lovely and did a great job at matching me with an amazing host family. Everything happened quickly and smoothly, and there were plenty of job opportunities with great families.

I had a very good experience in finding my current job with "Little Ones". Ewin has been very supportive and understanding all the way from my interview until i moved to my place of work and even few weeks after. She reassured me that she is only a phone call away of ever any issues arises but thankfully everthing is okey with my job . I am now settled and been with my employer for 3 months . I would recommend Little Ones to my friends and to all ladies out there .

I'm really glad I did work with James Cree, he is very nice and polite person to work with. You can be sure he will do a great job if you are looking for a family or a Nanny.

The worst communication service. I ve had an appointment and handed over all my original documents which have all been copied. The lady then told me she will contact me the next morning with job offers as it was already evening time. That is over two weeks ago, no one called me back ever and if someone answers the phone the people that answer are super useless. Please do me a favour and delete all my personal documents as I don t want you guys to have them. Trash agency

The worst agency I've ever come across. Registered as a nanny 6 months ago, I've had only two interviews and with the wrong type of family , wrong kids age...

Extremely disappointed, they call you once in a blue moon and never reply to emails or give you feedback.

The Little Ones agency and especially Alicja has been a great support in my job search. They are all very professional and I have never felt awkward when being interviewed. I especially liked the fact that they made an effort to meet the Family beforehand in the same way as I had to go for an interview. Charlotte has helped me amazingly with setting up my new life abroad. As I knew at the beginning of this year that I wanted to move and work as a nanny in London our cooperation started. She always kept me up to date with appropriate vacancies because she knew quickly which ones could be a perfect fit and opportunity for me. Terrible agency, poor candidates. very high fees. The consultants really do not care once they have taken the money off you even when the nanny is not capable of doing the job.

I took on a housekeeper from this agency. Her previous employer gave her such a bad reference, the agency said they would not place her as she did not meet their standards. Next thing I know, I've paid over 3k for her. She is, as per her reference... absolutely shocking. They are trying to find me a replacement on gumtree... and I can't get my money back. I will be taking them to court as it's not getting resolved or dealt with as a complaint should be. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Beyond dreadful.

Sent us poorly vetted people including somebody who they said had EU passport but in fact did not. Candidates overall not of the calibre and experience promised. Admitted on the phone to losing access to key records and giving answers on vetting questions that were incorrect.

We found them to be unhelpful with very poor customer service. When we lost all confidence and informed them we would be finding help elsewhere they launched a nuisance law suit against us.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

I was recently registered with Little ones and i had already my first interview. My consultant,Valerio is very help helpful, professional and always offering the right information about the job. I would highly recommend this agency!

From the side of a nanny this is the most unreliable agency I ever met.
They don t speak clear with customer about their fees and they make you loose the job; they cancel interviews one month after. Yes exactly this. I had an booked interview; they did not confirm neither cancel, one month after I received a mail in which they canceled that interview! They never give any kind of feedback after an interview. How bizarre!

I really can't find words to express how much i was helped Little Once.

Could not say enough good things about this agency! Daniela was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She listened to what I was looking for as a Nanny, sent me jobs daily that she thought I would be interested in, she called and checked in before and after every interview for support and guidance, plus she is just really lovely!
