We trusted Little ones to send us a qualified nanny housekeeper at short notice. What we got instead was a mentally unstable person who put my children at risk and was incapable of using a dishwasher. We had to kick them out and my wife was left alone without help. Little ones have promised to refund their fee but we are out of pocket for what we had to pay this person to leave our house. Little ones are just introducers, they will not take responsibility for the person that comes to your home. Keep that in mind before you use agencies.
