Update: after a year, the shiny has worn off the penny. No more let's get this taken care of..it has turned into "we are very busy, maybe you can schedule a different time to fix your issue. Toyota doesnt like us to just throw parts at a problem". Well neither do I. I would like my vehicle, that was purchased brand new, to behave as if it is still new. Another thing to keep in my, DO NOT USE WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE , unless of course it's just for oil change. Just because it has a place for notes and a place to request a call, it does not happen and the "note" is apparently just for you to remember that you have a problem, cuz that's handy!
Maybe business was too good to handle, maybe a different location better equipped to handle a "rush" would be the way to go.
"State of the art service center"? Hmm....
