Just wanted to give a big thank you to both my salesman Rueben, and Michael in Finance for going VERY much out of their way (although they d never admit it)...staying HOURS after the dealership closed to help me finish my buying process. They listened to me without rushing me, made SURE that all my questions were answered...followed up with me in the days following my sale and generally just wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice!!! All of this was for a used non-Toyota vehicle!!! I have been a Toyota owner for over 20 years but circumstances dictated a different short-term path for me this time around. I had already been using Lithia Toyota s service department for the past few years on the Toyotas I did own. I ve always been treated extremely wonderful! I very quickly learned they treat me the same whether in a new or used vehicle. Once circumstances permit I will be back to once again purchase a new Toyota and with treatment like I received from Rueben and Michael it will definitely be at Lithia!! Thanks guys!!!! Cari D.
