We had a great experience today upgrading to an SUV. We had made an appointment with Jimmy, when we arrived he was actually still with another guest so he already had someone in mind to help us out. Raul. He gave us first hand knowledge on the 4runners and was a very down to earth guy. He didn t just try to sell us the vehicle he tried to get to know us in the short time we were there. Any question he didn t know( which was only a couple) he found someone who would know. The financial part went so smooth and we left feeling confident in our decisions. Thank you all so much!!
