I had a long 3 days car shopping. When I finally decided to go to Toyota of Abilene my stress level was sky high. Sarah came out and was immediately able to make me feel comfortable with my car buying experience. Sarah explained everything in detail of what to expect next. She was confident and precise through the entire process which made me feel confident that I would leave in a new vehicle! I then had the pleasure to meet with Mike in finance. Mike ensured that I was fully knowledgeable about my warranty, and made the signing process easy! All in all everyone I came in contact with did anything and everything they could!
