I had excellent service in purchasing a new vehicle with Litia Toyota. The sales representative, Matt Moreno, went far above my expectations in getting me into the vehicle that fitted me best. I went there to purchase a particular vehicle that I thought was going to be a really good deal for me, but Matt suggested a different vehicle that fit my style better than the original idea. I had no idea that I could even get the vehicle that Matt suggested, but when he showed me the options I couldn t believe the deal I was getting. Matt really completely astonished me in the deal I was getting into. I am extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased and very satisfied with Matt s help in getting the vehicle. I look forward to the service from Lithia and I will probably continue to trade there. I would also like to say thanks to Michael Mizikar IV, the finance director, in his help. I actually talked to Matt about 4 months ago and I thought I would forget idea of purchasing a new vehicle and just keep what I have, but a few days ago Matt called and left a voicemail and I was hesitant at first to call him back, but I m glad I did. Matt s persistence paid off not just for him but for me as well. Great job Matt and thanks a lot.
