i called with several questions about the vehicle i was interested and all my calls were returned in a timely manner by Michael Hoyt. This dealer had the vehicle that i wanted in stock when many others did not. My experience with another local dealership was definitely unsatisfactory, so that made my vehicle buying experience with Lithia stand out even more.
