Soon as I pulled into service bay a nince young lady (forgot her name) checked me in. She introduced me to Mr Russell McGuire,Service Advisor. He is a very compenant fellow. He wrote me up (had rav 4 getting 1 yr. check up + vehicle inspection for tags. Had a very nice visit with Ruben. He is my good friend who sold me my 2017 rav4. Papadon
