First they tried to over charge me, then they didn't fix my car on time as promised or properly. Then they delay fixing it properly. It should not be a 2 week battle to get a cooling fan fixed!!! Particularly if its under warranty. They are actually causing a single mother with a medical condition PAIN by adding all of this unnecessary stress. If my car had broke down on the Highway instead of in town, my children could have been hurt. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR BACK! Apparently over nighting parts never actually arrive over night!
I like my Kia. I will never buy from Lithia again.
Update. HQ finally got back to me. My car is still not fixed though... day 10...

I am so glad they had me test drive a 2017 Sportage, I originally went in for a used truck. Decided to go with the Sportage, it has more bells and whistles on it than I can count!! My salesman Keith was super awesome and so were all of the other salesmen! Everyone is very nice and accommodating, Keith will even make you a very good cup of hot chocolate! ; )
I have worked with Chris Mathis on purchasing two new Kia SUVs this past year. He is really great to work with and has a positively great attitude. He makes the dealing process enjoyable which i don t state lightly. I also found working with Matt in finance great because he patiently and knowledgeably walks through the many challenging questions I had, and, was able to find better interest rates on loans than my banks offered. Chris and Matt were also able to help me secure additional rebates that some people may not know are available.

Make sure you check the website price. First time I went they wanted to charge me over what they had it posted for. Second time I sent I got exactly what I wanted. Price was not bad but could have been better.
Excellent thorough service. Lovely waiting room area and courteous kind staff who gp out of their way to make sure the customer is treated well including lovely snacks and coffee.
So I went here 6 day ago to fix my dad's car because it's making squealing noise and I told them that it's probably the serpentine belt but I told them that I'm not sure. the lady said they going to inspect it and check it. an hour later they said the belt needed to change so they changed the belt the squealing noise stoped and charged me $198.77 then I went home I started the car this morning I hear knocking sound I checked the hood the belt was coming off the pulley so I told my dad and we went back and they checked it again now they need to change the pulley and belt cause it damaged and charged me $214.15 so we paid overall $412.92 just to fix one problem my Dad felt like got scammed.
Terrible experience by far of any dealership I have ever experiended. Even when I contacted Lithia's Corporate office to notify them of my experience they defended their "General Manager's" behavior. DON'T BUY anything from them. They lack integrity and defend their bad behavior.

Lied about our vehicles accident history. Near brand new Car had an accident and they covered it up with Bondo and paint and swore to us that it had a clean history. They also lied about the trim package. Don't trust the toolbag bros hanging out in the sales office. What a joke.

Sales department will do anything for their customers. Buying my car was easy peasy. Worked with me on my needs and got me into a vehicle quickly.
Service department is atrocious. I went in for my oil change, and the first thing I see when I get back in my car is the Oil Change Required notification. They reset it, and then I notice that someone had reset my Admin Key to a MyKey , adding a speed limiter to 80MPH, and a volume limiter for the stereo. They deflected blame for a while (there was literally NO reason for an oil change for someone to be tinkering with the system options on the steering wheel, which is how the key is reset. It took them over 45 minutes to basically tell me you have to go get your other admin key(thank god I had a spare at home) and reset the key yourself . Took me 2 minutes and a YouTube video to figure that out myself.
I will NOT be going back for service. They also did their inspection , and didn t note the Low Tire Pressure monitor that was on when I brought it in. They actually cleared the alarm without checking the tires and didn t say a word about it.
My husband and I purchased a Kia Forte 2 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We spent the day and test drove several different cars from different dealerships. When it came to a decision Litha Kia, hands down, had the best customer service/salesmen. They were willing to do just about anything to make sure that we left happy. A big shout out to Jack and Zach! They were such a pleasure to work with. They listened to every question we had (and every concern). We never once felt like they were only in it "for the sale". My husband and I both felt confident when we left Kia that we had made the right decision. 100% satisfied customers!

I came in thinking I wasn t going to get a car or that it d be a long shot but yo.... Richard is that man! He got it done and even tho we were there for a long time I m really happy with my car. The whole staff was so welcoming and nice to us. It definitely made the wait a little easier.
Please use extreme caution going into this dealership, they will sell you an used car knowing the car has multiple issues. The salesman Richard will keep texting you letting you know he is working on a deal to make the situation right and is just buying the dealership time so the bank can repo the vehicle, the general manager avoided multiple attempts to schedule a meeting to remedy the issues. Additionally, the bank that they set you up with is somewhere outside the United States. Lastly, the general manager stated that Lithia does not have a legal team to handle this type of issues, overall the worse place you can visit to buy a car if they see that you are desperate they will use that to rip you off.

I bought a Kia Optima from the folks at Lithia Kia of Anchorage yesterday and had such a fun and relaxing experience. This was a huge deal for me, I am re-establishing credit and was convinced that I would not be approved for anything. To say that I was surprised is an under statement. The salesmen bought lunch for my friend due to the fact that we had missed our lunch date, The manager was awesome and super friendly, the financial manager was extremely discrete and was also able to get me a lower interest rate and lowered my monthly payments at the end of the sale. I highly recommend going to see Tim (he was the salesmen) at Lithia Kia.
My experience at Kia Lithia was amazing!! They had picked me up from my residence. Once we were there it was nothing but excellent services and worked really hard to get me in a vehicle around my budget. Everybody there was really friendly , fun and really makes you feel welcome. Next thing me and my child we re leaving in a new car. I highly recommend in going there if you happen to be seeking a new vehicle. The experience was all worth it!! Lithia Kia's service technicians are thorough and well-trained. I've been pleased with the work they've done, and their diligence in examining the whole care when it is in their custody. The service technician always lets me know the condition of the brakes and other wearing parts, when scheduled maintenance is due, etc. so that the car stays in new condition.
They weren't helpful at all. They just want your money. I bought a car from them with an extended warranty that cost me $4000. They couldn't figured out that my car needed a horn. I took the car their twice and both those times they couldn't find the problem. The first time I left the car there overnight and the second time I waited for over 4 hrs.

I had an engine light come on. I took it in Saturday morn' just to see if it was an undriveable situation. No charge for that. It was driveable but needed diagnosing. I brought it in Tuesday to check out the Catalytic Converter. During the process of checking the warning light went off. Driving it for 4 miles they found no problem. It fixed. The charge of $130 for the diagnosis seemed a bit steep but whatever it was fixed and was way cheaper than new parts and the labor involved. Thanks.

Deceptive practices, scheduled an appointment with me for an hour before they even opened, then the person i was supposed to meet didn't come in and they opened 20 minutes late. Was referred to them, but I'd never buy from them. Horrible customer service

These guys were awesome. They take the time to look for exactly what you want and need. They go over your credit report if your trying to finance and help you understand any negatives that are preventing you from tbe car you want and work with you on a plan to help start building it. They're great. Totally recommend them for any and all first buyers

Salesman was prompt and eager to answer my questions. When it came time to finalize the loan it only took approximately 30 mins from the time I walked in til time to leave. I obtained the payments I wanted, a warranty, and lifetime oil changes on a new truck.

This is the second time I have worked with Lithia Kia and They have been amazing both times I worked with them. Keith my sales man was great. He understood what I was wanting to look for. I will for sure go back to them again when I am looking for another car or recommending them to someone else.
Open at 9am. Calling to talk to someone about a matter, leave voicemail no call back after 24hrs. Call again and get the run around. New week calling and phone keeps going busy. Still have not got matter resolved. Would go in person if I still lived in Alaska.
I scheduled my car to be fixed. I was told that it was scheduled for 8 am in the morning. I dropped the car off at 6 am. I returned at 4pm. They had my car all day long. No call no text no nothing from Kia telling me the car wouldn't be done. So I showed up at 4 pm to pick it up and they haven't even looked at it or done any of the scheduled maintenance.
Keith is an amazing sales person, wasn t expecting to buy a car that same exact day but he made everything happen while I was at work and all I had to do was come in and sign some papers. Had an amazing experience at lithia Kia of anchorage : )

Was not treated fair and the staff was unprofessional talking about big johnsons and Tyrone. Then some guy came in the room and didn't like that I refused to do business with him and told me to get the f out and was hiding my registration in his office because I refused to work with him.
I bought 2 cars from KIA LITHIA 2 YEARS AGO and recently bought another car in April 2017 and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with them, you be the judge. Here's what happened...
On April 21, 2017 I paid in full $6,000 for a used 2008 Chevy Equinox and it is now May 2, 2017 and I still have not received my car nor keys to my car --NOTHING! I have reached out to the representative who sold the car to me his name is Richard SueSue and we corresponded via email about getting one issue fixed before I pick up my car. In the emails we talk about the fact that the car does not lock or unlock and it is a safety issue. He says his GM agreed to get it fixed and I have it in writing for the contract I signed to buy the car which states on the "WE OWE" statement that they will fix the car and make sure it locks and unlock electronically. I mean, I have it in writing on the paperwork at my house theres no getting around this.
Here how bad this situation has gotten... I have email correspondence that Richard SueSue told me on 4 different occasions that my car was taken to the shop and would be ready and it is still not ready 2 weeks later after he told me in an email it will only take 2 days to be fixed. In fact, when I emailed him to see about getting my car back he has not reached out since. At this point it considered fraud. He told me that they cannot sell a car to a consumer if the doors do not lock & unlock because it is a safety issue and they would have to sell it to the auction but if they can get it fixed I can buy it. So, I bought the car on his word that he would fix it. Thankfully, I made sure I got it in writing and will take them to court to get my money back but ladies and gentleman.
Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a car from LITHIA KIA of ANCHORAGE. Unless you want to go to court to get your money back. UNBELIEVABLE what people will and how they will treat you for a couple of dollars.
The great staff here were helpful, informative and sensitive to my needs. They even financed me when I was almost positive no dealership would I appreciate them coming through for me when I needed it most!

Richard and his staff, including the finance department really put effort into finding the best price and financing deal for me including making additional price reductions on the vehicle to fit my budget without raising my down payment. I bought the Kia Rio LX and absolutely love it. It is a dream to drive and is a smooth ride on the road. I am also finding the fuel mileage to be higher than the 32 mpg that is listed. I will be making my next vehicle purchase with Lithia Kia and will recommend both the vehicle and dealer to my friends.

Lithia Kia got me a same day oil change after calling the service department. On the phone the recording said you had to make oil changes on line. Went to the web page and could not find any where to do that. But the biggest problem was I had a 2 pm appointment and got there about 10 minutes early and did not get out till 3:45. Over all it was ok experience.

I have been their customer since November 2012. While I started out really liking the experience when I took my car in for service it has become my least favorite experience. Over the years the Sales people, particularly their manager, have become the worst stereotype of aggressive sales shark. They used to have a shuttle service which was very handy to drop you off at work and pick you up, but the hours of availability dwindled until they stopped it altogether. I just found out today they call an Uber and pay for it, but they called one for me and gave out my personal information (name and phone number) without my consent. I really don't like them anymore to deal with, although the car services are excellent. I am tied to them because I have the oil change for life service paid for, but I don't recommend anything else. Nonmelennials beware, they just don't get privacy issues; your phone number and a name tied to it are as good as a social security number in the wrong hands. Just beware.
