It s hard to find an honest dealer in Anchorage. Volvo is good. My Mercedes experience was decent and their service is amazing. Audi/VW used to be good prior to the buyout to Kendall. BMW has always been disappointing.

This was my first deal with a volume dealer and I left happy. That s all one can ask for right?

Sales person wasn't pushy, which is nice. Got to drive a couple of vehicles that I seen online with no questions. They were willing to work on the price a little to help with the payments which help out a little. I will go see them again in the Future.

I will say the salesman was very nice and helpful. The huge downside is we purchased a vehicle just for it to break down on us on the highway. The vehicle was a recalled vehicle and should be on the road. Kia has my vehicle and their paying for it. Just very disappointed that they didn't do their job making absolutely sure the vehicle was safe to drive. Especially since the recall was just last March 2017

I have a 2013 Kia Sorento that I love! Perfect for winters, perfect for dip netting, perfect for driving and in town. Easy to clean inside and out. Love the storage space. I can fit my friends and their kids in my car. Car seats are easy to get in and out. I AM NOT A MOM and I can do it. I can camp in my car with a queen size air mattress. It s safe, reliable, and I haven t had any problems. I love music. The sound system is amazing. There are a lot of features to this car that make it worth the money. It s the best car I have owned yet.
My ex has a 2012 which he loves! We agree on our Kia s.
We have also owned Kia Soul which was a great car but when we were married we were thinking of a family and turned it in for the Kia Sorento.

The service department has taken good care of our cars. Most of the time they know me by name when I call and come in. I feel like I am part of the Kia family. Once I changed the voice command setting in my exhusbands car and to Swedish. I called Kia crying because I was trying to surprise my (ex) husband that day by filling up the gas. They told me to bring it in and fixed it free of charge. We once had our car taken out of another shop and towed to Kia s service department.
Being single women again I was concerned how I would be treated. Before I owned a Kia the service department at other places would talk to me like I was dumb. Kia treats me with the same respect they did when my ex-husband took care of our cars. That is important to me.
The shuttle staff are nice and promote.
I know that the Kia staff is there for me and my family. Big problems, little problems and all of my questions. They are welcoming and friendly. They do a great job on getting my needs met. I will always own a Kia.

They've always been really great about squeezing me in even when they're busy and I don't have an appointment.

I dropped my car off for a maintenance appointment on Saturday morning. The shuttle wasn't available to take me home, so they took my car back immediately and finished the work an hour earlier than expected. Friendly and courteous staff today.

The Lithia Kia Team is outstanding. The sales team was friendly and not pushy at all. The finance guy who helped got us an amazing deal and lots of extras, was kind, patient, and helpful. They worked really hard to get me into my new-to-me car and when there was a hiccup a few days later on my way home from work, the GM Eric got us into the service center right away and gave us a nice rental for the two days it took for the repairs. The service manager Matt was very professional and helpful and stayed on top of getting my car back to me even though they were CRAZY busy. Also thank you to Frank who stayed late to help get my car checked-in to service and get us a rental car. I would definitely recommend Lithia Kia of Anchorage, they will take really good care of you!

This was the simplest, lowest pressure, and most intuitive Automobile purchase I have ever experienced. After some brief discussion Chris showed us a car that exactly fit our needs. The pricing effort was easy and in a very short time we concluded the discussion. Our car has a very small flaw which Chris disclosed at the start of our discussion. Super honesty. Chris cleared up a drivers license issue and with permission we drove the car home. I got my permanent license the same day. I decided to add a block heater the day after the purchase. Chris introduced us to the Parts department, helped us schedule the installation. We are enjoying the car, the design, engineering and manufacturing is very good. I will recommend Lithia and Chris without any reservation.

I went into Lithia of Kia in anchorage after my daughter was treated so well by them. She is a 21 year old female who went in to buy a car on her own. Richard Suesue treated her very well, he was able to get her amazing financing. Paid off her current truck payment so that she would have a fresh start. He got her a great warranty. She was very pleased and felt like Richard was a new friend. I went in the following week and Richard suesue treated me equally as well. I have bad credit and did not expect to get financed. Not only did he get me financed but into a brand new car. He took my gmc Denali with 210k miles on it and still gave me a generous offer. He treated us like family, we did not feel pressured, did not feel like we were wasting his day with our bad credit. He took the extra time to make sure we knew how all the options worked.

Went to the dealership because they had car i wanted on sale because they were gonna wholesale the car to a different dealership. Took my 2 of my car into trade it in but they tried to basically scam me..They offered both of my cars a rough trade in value as in bad condition although both vehicles are mint condition with low miles and extra stuff on it. They booked my cars over 5-9K below nada value and when i asked them why they are taking it as rough trade in instead of clean like everyone else their response was because the car i wanted is on sale and they are giving discount on the car.I told the rep/financial guy this is pre-existing deal you guys put out and advertised but they said it doesn't matter. WHAT A JOKE. Horrible dealership and waste of time. Will tell all my family and friends that never go to this dealership ever again - long time customer

We came in to trade my F150 2011 for something with a lower interest rate and a lower payment. Richard Suesue was a very good in selling the car. He's smooth and convincing. We ended up with a 2014 Dodge Ram and with a higher payment and a low interest rate. My husband likes he's truck. Thank you for all that you guys done. Good job Richard.

Never thought I d own a KIA, but now, here I am. I went to several dealerships trying to trade my SUV in with three requirements (not caring if it s new or used): AWD or 4x4, 7 seats and no minivans. After getting a run around at every dealership and being offered vehicles that were no where near what I asked for (unless I wanted to spend $60k-$70k), I finally went to KIA. Chris Zello was my salesman and within 10 minutes of pulling into the driveway, we landed on an option that fit my guidelines and that I liked. From the greeting to the closing, the procedures were organized, the customer service was excellent and the deal was fair. I really enjoy my new SUV and I would gladly buy from here again!

I love the shuttle service that the dealership offered while my car was being worked on. Also, I was unable to pick up the car due to my extended hours at work.
