I will never buy another vehicle from Lithia Kia of Anchorage or any Lithia dealership again thanks to my experience here. My experience was good until we got to the finance part. JD, the finance manager, is very pushy & does not know how to take "no" for an answer. When I declined GAP insurance, he got very rude with me. We argued back & forth several times as to why I did not want it. I was so frustrated, I almost walked out without buying the car. Then it came to the plan where if you get a ding or some damage done to your car, you can bring it in and the service department will fix it for free...supposedly. I did not want this added, but my husband did so i agreed. A month after having the car, a dog jumped on my car and put several scratches on the door. I called to make an appointment to have it fixed. That is when i find out it is a paintless plan. Seriously, why didn't JD clarify that?!!? I talked to the manager and was told to bring it in and they will buff it out. So, I do just that. When I get there, they try to tell me I will have to pay $90. Um, no! At this point, I am very frustrated. So, I go to JD to see if I can get a rebate for this "awesome" plan he talked me into adding on. Of course, the answer was no. I feel that JD was very shady to deal with. This was my first, and definitely my last, purchase I will ever make with Lithia Kia. I have never experienced this kind of service anywhere else.
