Lithia Kia's service technicians are thorough and well-trained. I've been pleased with the work they've done, and their diligence in examining the whole care when it is in their custody. The service technician always lets me know the condition of the brakes and other wearing parts, when scheduled maintenance is due, etc. so that the car stays in new condition.
