Great experience! Worked with what I had to get the car I wanted.

I have had multiple cars bought from this dealership. And every one of them were top notch and perfect condition. From my salesman Chris to the manager and down to finance I had a 5 star experience. Service is one of the best I've ever had for oil change to tire change over too. Will continue to to business untill the wheels fall off! Thank you kia of Anchorage great system you guys have

The only reason why I go there is because they're two awesome employees Chris (sales) and Matt (service). They never let me down and they are great been that represents great customer service.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Lithia Kia. Purchasing the car was the BEST experience I have ever had with a vehicle. Richard and his manager of sales went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that not only fit my family needs, but was in my price range as well. Dylan in Finance was quick and efficient and spent the time necessary with me to ensure I understood everything within the contract I was signing. The service department was also phenomenal. There were some things that were missed in the original inspection of the vehicle and I was able to drop off the car the very next day to be looked over. At this point more parts were needed and there was going to be a wait for me to get my vehicle back so they put me in a rental car with a full tank and kept me updated on the progress daily. When my vehicle was completed, we were having a hard time arranging a time for me to be able to drop off the rental car and pick up my vehicle so without hesitation Lithia Kia sent someone to my house with my car and to pick up their rental. I highly recommend this dealership and hope to have many more great experiences with them in the future.

I love my 2019 KIA Sportage EX!! As always, my experience with Lithia KIA Anchorage was pleasant and no pressure. It was a pleasure working with Mike P on the sale. He was professional and friendly and made me and my family feel at ease. Jim Shanklin (finance) was easy to work with, also. He was very courteous and patient with all my questions. I have been a KIA owner for over 6 years and have had no negative experiences either with my Sorento or with any of my visits for service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Alexander and other that help me was in awesome crew, I told him what I was looking for and my credit was all that great and God is good I drove out there with a brand new vehicle. Chris help us find a good van that would fit my 3 babies and the extra large stroller we have!!! They where super friendly and understanding with me and my babies! Chris really took his time to explain the van to me and answer my questions and I will send all my family and friends to see him!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. My car was done a lot sooner than I expected and I really like the text feature where they send you updates on your service.

Service staff was forthcoming and dealt with us very honestly, and Kia honored their estimate. The work they performed was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure we had transportation while our vehicle was being repaired. We will return for any other maintenance or repairs our vehicle might need. Thank you for hiring such a professional and dedicated staff.

My two salesmen were Sam and Wayne. What nice guys they were .. I started out with Sam and test drive a couple of vehicles. And Wayne came and took over for Sam his appt had arrived.. they worked very hard to get me into my Kia which I love and so very excited to get the Kia Sportage . Thanks to Mark also for the help from the Kia franchise ..

These folks know the business. And one of their core values is "Earning customers for life." That takes work. And commitment. I know this personally, as I'm an employee as well, although I'm not skilled enough to be a car salesman I do work for the sales team, and so I see them doing their thing everyday and it's quite impressive. That said I sure got a sweet older model GMC truck that I purchased from them. And the numbers, as in largest volume of sales in the state, don't lie. They've got some very nice vehicles at great prices and an amazing Finance team that will get you in one. Check them out, people.

I was on time as were Lithia. The waiting area was clean and coffee prentiful. The folks were pleasant and helpful. I have nothing to complain about. The service manager explained service provided to my satisfaction and I left with a clean car and a smile.

Do not buy a used car from this place. My wife went in without me and had to have a car that day, they sold her an 06 ford focus a year ago for 12000$. No power locks/windows, no accessories at all. Recently they sent her a letter saying she could refinance and possibly get into a better car. The better car was a 2018 kia Altima for $25000 only problem was her ford focus trade in value is only $ 1000, she still owes $6000 on it. Dont buy anything from kris mathis. He will rob you blind.

Walked into Lithia Kia of Anchorage the other day to look for a new car, my salesman, Gabe, was very friendly, attentive, and informative. He helped me find the perfect car for me, unfortunately it was a bit out of my price range for now. However they have a wonderful staff, good prices, and great value, I definitely recommend them!!!

The salesman we worked with was wonderful. He showed myself and my husband a car that ended up being the perfect car. He really listened to what we needed and he produced the right car the first time. He also answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. Jimmy helped us with the financing. He really took the time to explain all of the options and details. He helped put me at ease since this was my first experience buying a car. We were treated very well at Lithia Kia.

Came in skeptical as I had a rough trade in and had several bad dealership experiences in the last several months as I ve looked for a new car. As soon as I drove onto the lot things felt different. Eddie was my salesperson, and I instantly felt like despite the rough trade he was in my corner and motivated to get me into a new vehicle that I loved. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly and welcoming and each person I dealt with was incredibly reassuring and again, motivated to make something happen for me. I was looking for a used vehicle. Showed me a new Kia Soul. Drove it, found lot covered in ice and tried to scare sales person. No luck on scaring sales person. Car handled beautifully.

Salesperson knew I was coming from Homer 3 days in advance. Vehicle had not been sent through service department or detailed. Waited for an hour after i arrived just to sign the paperwork, vehicle still not ready. 4 hours later, told sales person that I had to go and drive back to Homer, he brought the vehicle out. Barely clean on the inside, outside dirty, cigarette butts and a bag of sand in the bed. Got a decent deal on the vehicle but never using them again.

Well honestly it was a cluster . they were asking a price for the car and while I was waiting I I found the same car online from their lot for $2,000 cheaper that was ridiculous.
Then 5 days later after purchasing the car I had to put in a $500 starter and now my total front end is going out.

My experience was amazing solely because of the front desk lady Tyler. She was absolutely incredible. I have never been to an appointment at this particular dealership where things did not get screwed up or take forever, even for a simple oil change. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. She was so pleasant and so willing to do anything to help me. She even walked me out when I left.
