Awesome customer service by Chris. Bought a 2019 Kia Forte today. Every employee greeted me and made sure that I got what I want. I left there with a new car and happy as ever. They made sure to help me. Definitely recommend.

I've bought cars and been satisfied with the experience before only to regret it later when dealing with incompetent or apathetic service departments. This was just the opposite! Lithia Kia wants to make sure you stay happy rather than forget about you once the sale is made.

The customer service I received from Tyler was above and beyond any I have experienced elsewhere. She turned what could have been an unpleasant surprise into a manageable one and did it with such kindness, helpfulness, and sincerity that I almost hugged her when I left. I would not hesitate to bring my Kia back to Lithia Kia for any issue based solely on her customer service skills. Other experiences with other dealerships in the past have been mediocre at best. Thanks to Tyler, even though I had an emergency repair I hadn't planned on, I left the shop feeling positive and in a great mood. Thank you, Tyler!

If i could rate 0 i would. This place is joke. It took aver 3 months to get my plates, they basically told me it was my fault the plates were not here on time, due to their mistake of taking two different numbers down for the miles, i mean its obvious that the one with the higher numbers is the correct one, but they are just a joke. Horrible service. The salesman were very nice and kind but i do think their system is horrible.

Service members are friendly. Very informative. Very helpful. Although I was informed that when you get your vehicle serviced that they wash/clean your vehicle. I have yet to experience that. Otherwise I like their service.

This is the third vehicle we have bought at Kia and Chris Mathis has always gone over and above to helps us find exactly what we were looking for. We still own each vehicle and are enjoying them daily. Kia has always been there for us and everyone that works there are always friendly and it s great when you go in the door and you hear laughter where everyone enjoys their jobs! Between Chris and Eric the GM, no matter who you are your always treated as family and not a number. Thank you Chris!

They had my car over 3 hours for an oil change and...

They had my car over 3 hours for an oil change and I don't think they did the service; I think they just forged the paper work to get paid. They never called me to get my car; I showed up just before they closed asking for my car. They wrote up the wrong car on the paper work as well. The sticker for the oil change service was not changed. They also had no idea of where my car was or had been; so I feel they didn't call me to pick up the car because they never changed the oil.

If I could give this place a zero I would I had my car fixed there which they did a good job on but when it was in their parking lot someone had stolen everything out of my car because they did not lock it and then They had the nerve to tell me I should have anything valuable in my car even though everything was in the trunk I have an alarm and all they had to do was hit a button to lock it but they did not lock it and then they said all we d like to help you out Will look at the videoSo I called two weeks laterThey said they didn t see anything so they looked at three weeks of video surveillance in two weeks time period

I had the worst anxiety about buying a brand new car. My credit score isn t that great and I didn t have a lot of money to put down but these guys helped me out. The service was excellent; between Richard, Sam, and Dylan, they rocked. They made me feel really comfortable, there were no surprises except that I came in for a vehicle with more miles on it and was expecting to put more money down but they got me a better vehicle with less money down! Thanks y all!

Meh. The salesman was nice and polite through most of the transaction. The finance manager can kick rocks, kept coming back with higher prices than 5 minutes before. I left with a great car (Ford) at a decent price but the attitude of the finance man ensured that my next purchase will be from a different dealer.

Absolutely terrible experience both times I went in there. They didn't even consider working with me without a down payment and the time I gave them a down payment they ended screwing up the application process and essentially screwing me out of $1,000. I've heard from others that this place just wants your money and that they're thieves. I should have listened. Absolutely terrible. They sold me a car that was all scratched up and then attempted to blame it on me when I brought it back in.

I worked with Kieth and Ed just a couple days ago....

I worked with Kieth and Ed just a couple days ago. Was my second purchase from this location and it was amazing positive atmosphere, place was clean and well taken care of, easy terms and negotiation.
I wa preapproved with my bank so they worked with them directly so I didnt have to run all around town to get the checks and paperwork.
The gentleman working in finance was super professional and was easy to work with and talk to.
Couldn't dream of an easier way to purchase a car.

Bought a vehicle from them with lifetime oil and 100000 miles warranty. Have spent several weeks trying to get a hold of them over the phone since I am not in the state. They have been very rude to me as I have tried to contact a finance manager and have been hung up on several times.

I have been interested in getting a different, more reliable vehicle for a few months and had put my search on hold. Then I received a call from Jessie, who was very kind, and listened to my requests/questions, explained everything to me about the vehicle he thought fit what I was looking for, and made my experience a positive one. He even brought the model I wanted to my work so I could test drive it. I felt very confident after that and went to the dealership the same day. My decision to get the Kia Sportage was the right one. Jessie and the team at Lithia Kia were very welcoming, patient, and worked with me when it came down to the nitty gritty of trading in a vehicle. Thank you, Lithia Kia of Anchorage!

They are extremely easy going and will go out of they're way to get your own vehicle. They asked me a few ?s and then they found my loan for me and as well as my insurance. Then to top it off they gave me a ride so we could finalize the paper work. Then once again they wanted make sure I was pleased with my purchase with them and topped off the fuel and lastly through the car wash. Thanks again Sam Faitala

Elizabeth had excellent customer service and open communication with us. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and explained why our car needed certain things serviced. She was real with us, explaining what she felt was the most important items to address and what she felt could wait if we needed to split the bill up. We didn't feel pressured. When we asked for an estimate to be emailed to us she was very prompt and Lithia's estimate was actually cheaper than a local dealership. Although it was more than we planned to spend originally, we felt good about the reasoning and the car was serviced and ready quickly.

I needed a reliable car for work on my budget. I walked in to Lithia Kia of Anchorage to inquire and checked around. Chris Mathis helped me with all my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable, and polite, no pressure. I am very pleased the way he handled the sale professionally. After all the financial paperwork was done, signed and delivered, I left with a brand new Kia Forte XL. Thank you Chris Mathis for all your help and patience. Excellent service! Purchased my 2012 Kia Sorento with the extended wa...

Purchased my 2012 Kia Sorento with the extended warranty and lifetime oil change package from Nick and General Manager on March 17, 2012. They did not tell me there are limited dealerships in the us that I can use the lifetime oil changes at. So after driving from Anchorage to Arizona I was very surprised when I scheduled an oil change and it's not covered. Apparently the oil change package is only good at Lithia dealerships not all Kia dealership. Apparently there are no Lithia Kia dealships/service centers in Arizona. So the package I purchased for 600.00 will not work for me since I am staying in Arizona.
I immediately contacted the Anchorage Lithia Kia where I purchased my vehicle and I spoke with Josh (I would suggest that you ask for someone else if you call and get him). He tells me I should call back when the finace guy is there...around 11:30 am and he can help. I tell him that I'm at the Arizona dealership trying to have my oil changed. I ask to speak to the manager and he says he is the manager, and I say no the general manager. Finally he tells me he is the sales manager and I should call back at 11:30 am because he can't do anything to help me. I also ask for the general managers name and it takes a bit to get the name out of him. By this time I extremly frustrated and finally ask him to talk to finace department and let me know how they are going to resolve this since I purchased the package with the understanding I could use the oil change package anywhere.

If Josh gives the manager the message, I will be surprised if he does! I am definately canceling my extended my bumper to bumper warranty and the lifetime oil change package.

My husband and I BOTH just bought vehicles from Lithia KIA of anchorage. Let me start this off by saying I am more than satisfied and had the pleasure of working with Alex Welch. Thank you Alexander for making the exploration and decision making process easy for my husband and I. I have financed a Subaru in the past. Subaru of Anchorage was going to be my first stop until my husband told me about the outstanding service he had received from Alex. I work in sales myself and there was truly no coercion to buy this car other than the amazing customer service we received from Alex. I was convinced I would never buy a KIA and stick to what I know (Subaru)... But I ve never met a sales consultant that pays so much attention to a customers needs. From the showcasing the details of the car, to offering my husband and I drinks, to providing data and answers to questions and handling our needs in a professional manner. To never just slapping a monthly payment on the table, giving up and saying that s the price, take it or leave it. I walked out of the dealership happy with the car I m driving knowing I got my car for a good price, it has everything I need, and I don t have buyers regret. Alex genuinely wanted us to get what we wanted. What a convenience to have a sales consultant like this near me and how lucky KIA of Anchorage is to have Alex on their team. I would be a returning customer FOR SURE... Unfortunately my husband is in the Air Force and we ll be PCS ing out of here in a few months. I also want to include Augie Alvarado (Finance Manager) for making the end of the process and transition go as smoothly as possible. Nevertheless, it s been a pleasure.

Lithia Kia of Anchorage restored my faith in Salesmanship! Back home I worked for Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram. I got to see behind the scenes of everything. When I went to Kia I was fortunate to have the most honest, caring, patient, and knowledgeable salesman ever. Who would have thought this day would come? The salesman was not pushy. He basically showed me every reason why I should have the Kia. It s been a few days and so far I am excited about my purchase. It s just what I needed. Thank you Samuel for going above and beyond to be the best at what you do! I m a happy customer thanks to you!

The check engine light in my car came on. Troy, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and encouraged me to think about trading in my 2010 Kia Sportage as the problem could be fixed but would be costly and would most likely continue. He then introduced me to Richard Suesue who helped me get into a 2015 Kia Sportage at the same payment price I am paying now. I truly appreciate having Troy look after my safety and pocket book!

Given that car-buying is somewhat stressful (spending large amounts of money for something I plan to use for a very long time to safely get around) I had a good experience at Lithia. The sales rep, David Williams was extremely courteous, helpful and supportive all throughout the time. I eventually ended up with a great car (a Subaru, towards which I had a large bias to begin with), and am very happy that this is a car that I will keep for a long time.

They re helpful when they want you to spend money. Went in with a budget of $400 a month and they offer/show vehicles that ranged at $700 a month and vehicles I didn t even want to look at. Didnt listen at all. They re only helpful when it s profitable for them. My husband traded his previous truck he got from here in at a different dealership and tried breaking the warranty he had through kia and sat for over an hour waiting while other people were being helped. If you re not going to give them a profit then they dont put your needs first at all. Very pushy people.

I recently got a flat tire and had to have my car towed into the KIA service department. With the exception of the towing company whom, if I were rating them would get 0 stars, my experience with Lithia KIA was excellent, each individual from KIA roadside assistance, to Dan, Tyler and Carrie in the service department treated me as if I were their main priority and that felt awesome. I was happy when I bought my car and these folks are guaranteeing that I will remain happy throughout my ownership of the vehicle. Kudos to Anchorage Lithia Kia for having such awesome people on their staff.
