Elizabeth had excellent customer service and open communication with us. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and explained why our car needed certain things serviced. She was real with us, explaining what she felt was the most important items to address and what she felt could wait if we needed to split the bill up. We didn't feel pressured. When we asked for an estimate to be emailed to us she was very prompt and Lithia's estimate was actually cheaper than a local dealership. Although it was more than we planned to spend originally, we felt good about the reasoning and the car was serviced and ready quickly.
