Purchased my 2012 Kia Sorento with the extended wa...

Purchased my 2012 Kia Sorento with the extended warranty and lifetime oil change package from Nick and General Manager on March 17, 2012. They did not tell me there are limited dealerships in the us that I can use the lifetime oil changes at. So after driving from Anchorage to Arizona I was very surprised when I scheduled an oil change and it's not covered. Apparently the oil change package is only good at Lithia dealerships not all Kia dealership. Apparently there are no Lithia Kia dealships/service centers in Arizona. So the package I purchased for 600.00 will not work for me since I am staying in Arizona.
I immediately contacted the Anchorage Lithia Kia where I purchased my vehicle and I spoke with Josh (I would suggest that you ask for someone else if you call and get him). He tells me I should call back when the finace guy is there...around 11:30 am and he can help. I tell him that I'm at the Arizona dealership trying to have my oil changed. I ask to speak to the manager and he says he is the manager, and I say no the general manager. Finally he tells me he is the sales manager and I should call back at 11:30 am because he can't do anything to help me. I also ask for the general managers name and it takes a bit to get the name out of him. By this time I extremly frustrated and finally ask him to talk to finace department and let me know how they are going to resolve this since I purchased the package with the understanding I could use the oil change package anywhere.

If Josh gives the manager the message, I will be surprised if he does! I am definately canceling my extended my bumper to bumper warranty and the lifetime oil change package.
