I have been interested in getting a different, more reliable vehicle for a few months and had put my search on hold. Then I received a call from Jessie, who was very kind, and listened to my requests/questions, explained everything to me about the vehicle he thought fit what I was looking for, and made my experience a positive one. He even brought the model I wanted to my work so I could test drive it. I felt very confident after that and went to the dealership the same day. My decision to get the Kia Sportage was the right one.
