Lindsay Honda Review

I brought my 2014 Honda Civic into the service dept., on 4/25/2017 with a 2:00 p.m., scheduled oil change.

Bruce S., was my service person and who I gave my complete set of keys too. Upon departure and arriving home I noticed my Muhammad Ali commemorative key ring had been pried open and the content removed.

I called left numerous of messages. This may seems of little concern to them, but this is a large matter to me. I trusted Lindsay Honda and Bruce with my keys only to have them returned missing a very important part of my history.

I'm asking for it to be returned. I, personally, traveled to Louisville, KY with my grandson when I brought this item along with other items. I know it was attached when I gave him my keys, and when my keys were returned it is clearly seen where some one had pried it open and removed the content.

The manager was rude asking if I was saying his employees were liars and that his employees don't lie and were good people. Well, my response was I know it was fully intact when I gave my keys to Bruce S., and when I received them the content was missing and it is evident it was pried open because they left the key ring and removed the content. I have filed a police report because as a commemorative item it has value.

My resolution would be for it to be returned to me the rightful owner. It was fully attached prior to handing my keys to their staff at Lindsay Honda service dept., on Scarborough only to be returned missing a iconic, historical item!!

Note: I, know for a FACT it was on my keychain. To have it removed and the remaining portion left showing where it was pied open indicated to me the content did not grow legs and walked out!

My husband and I had our first buying experience with Lindsay Honda last year. We have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. We especially felt the customer service was above average. Our salesman, Adam was personable, patient and really went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would recommend Lindsay Honda to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

I am a faithful customer with Lindsay and always felt welcome until this most recent visit. I pull in get out and stand at the counter for about 4 mins before i was acknowledged by either of the 2 gentleman standing there talking. Once he did acknowledge me he was very slow paced and acted like he did not know his job or didnt want to do it. Not the treatment or service im use to from Lindsay wassup with that????

Ben Canini was great! He put us in a car we loved at a price we could afford. Ben was honest, helpful, and truly wanted us to drive off the lot happy about our experience with Lindsay Honda. He offered us a no-pressure car shopping experience. Would definitely recommend doing business with Ben. Honda makes the cars, Ben Canini makes the difference!

My families experience at Lindsey Honda (Used Cars) was horrific. My son was deceived. He was approved for a loan for the car he wanted and then they sold it to someone else while he was waiting to sign the papers to bring it home. Mind you, this was done after an appointment was set to come in and was told that the car belonged to him and they would pull it from the lot and get it ready for him. The car sales manager's address to this was with the attitude that suggested oh well, I guess you can buy something else, it's not my problem. When he asked who financed him he was told it's confidential and private and refused to give that information. If you are looking to buy to buy a car from them I suggest you use another dealer, their ethics and way of doing business is wrong!!!!! Needless to say my son is now looking for another car at another dealer with the hopes that because his credit is needed to pulled yet again it won't hurt his score too much. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!! Take notice when reviewing this dealer and ask yourself why you only see positive results, I wonder why that is?
