Paid $246 to get 6 plugs replaced. $383 to machine 4 rotors and only rear pads replaced. They returned car with wheels covered with greasy brake dust. Not impressed!

I ve bought 5 cars from different dealerships across Ohio and PA and hands down, 100%, this was the best experience I ve had. Nick Kulaga in the used department was fantastic. No BS involved whatsoever. Had a few spots I needed touched up on the paint and they took care of it same day (within hours actually) and I couldn t be happier. 5 stars all round!

My experience was great. I had the opportunity to be assisted by Ernest, one of your best salesman. We had him the previous time as well and purchased a civic. Now again he got me a great deal without a co-sign! I Will definitely be returning when I can trade back in.

The cons: a bit of surprise loan processing fee (supposedly by bank of america) that made my 2.44% rate turn into 2.84% that I'd have preferred know about before arriving from Nashville, TN. Also a scrape on the bumper I wasn't expecting..it's a 3 year old car and I didn't expect brand new but did prefer to know about any visible cosmetic damage. Last, the car pulled to the left which made for annoying 7 hour drive home.

The PROS (which far exceeded the cons). Tabitha Browning was awesome to work with. Sweet, professional, prompt with her replies/information. She arranged for me to be picked up at the airport. She gave me touch up paint to fix the scrape. (it was truly very little...I was just put off because I didn't expect it). They filled the tank with gas for my ride home. I emailed to complain about the alignment being off and she got approval from her manager to cover the cost of realignment.

Let's face it...no one likes dealing with car dealerships but as they go this one is great. Everyone in the office was personable and non cheesy salesman like. After tons of comparison overall I feel like I got a great enough deal on a great car to justify such a long distance purchase being worth it. I'd not hesitate to do business with them again.

I have been a customer of Lindsay Honda for almost 10 years. I have always been treated with respect by all employees. The service department is far and above any other dealership/service center I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER take my vehicles to any other dealership.

The sales staff goes above and beyond to get you what you want. I have dealt with Pam S. multiple times and do not have enough words to describe the level of dedication and professionalism that she shows. I will continue to keep coming back to her and this dealership for any future vehicle purchases.

The salesman had to go talk to a manager many, many times. Didn't want me to take a test drive of more than a few minute - like they thought I was going to try to steal their car. Was so badly treated I didn't buy there.

I walked in really nervous, but had faith that everything would work out as it was suppose to. Dakota was very personable, transparent, and helpful. I m glad I was about to have him as my point of sales person. If you ever need a car see Dakota!!

I leased my car at Lindsay Honda 2 years ago and the service was great back then. But today 08/05/2017 we went to 2 dealerships prior to going to Lindsay Honda thinking maybe we should try somewhere different and we spent hours at each dealership and no one could help get us a deal we were comfortable with nor did the people seem like they wanted to help (which were 2 chevy dealerships). We went to Lindsay an hour and a half before they closed for the day and Dave Dawes was at the door waiting for customers to walk in the door so he could help. He asked the right questions and was very friendly. He got us a deal we couldn't pass up. I went in wanting an SUV but in the long run I knew I couldn't get one because of the monthly payment. I needed more foot room for kids in the back and he showed us the Honda Accord and my boyfriend had leg room and he is average height for a guy. It's very pretty and is brand new. Lindsay Honda wants to work with you and make you a deal, everyone in there congratulates you and has a smile on their face. I HIGHLY recommend going in there in Columbus Ohio!!

Went to lyndsay used cars upset cause i got down to 3000 payoff and my transmission go out..got there feeling down and this lady Ms.Selaena walked up to me as I was getting out my Car..took me inside and assisted me until I got into a New used Honda. I cant leave this post without giving MrReggie credit cause he didn't have to come out to talk to me considering he is the Boss but yea long story short them guys was great and I would send anybody there who needs a nice dependable Ride. I'm assuming that the people here that have posted great reviews is because they have a direct interest on the success of the dealership or they just haven't been anywhere else.

If you don't buy what the salesperson "thinks" you should buy, you may be treated with a certain disdain. There's no need to push people to spend more money than what they can. It's messed up to make feel people bad about what car they can afford when car buying should be a pleasant and positive experience. Vehicles here are consistently overpriced than in other nearby dealerships.

With how competitive the car sales market has become, if they don't watch it they may be in the same fate as Immke Honda a couple of years back that got bought out by Germain Honda.

My experience with Lindsay Honda has been great up until my recent purchase. The service department is always wonderful I must add!!
My advice to you is make sure you ask questions and get the correct answers because I sure didn't. I was told information from the sales rep Jason Youngblood ... that changed upon financing. My sales rep stated that my vehicle I was Trading was going to be paid off since it was already through Lindsay Honda I believe what he said. Upon faxing paperwork to my insurance I notice that that was not the case. Very disappointing to me that I was told one thing from the sales rep and then upon financing was never explained the situation. My vehicle was purchased and the remaining balance was added to my loan which very well maybe the way things work but I was deceived into believing differently and never explained the process. Also I was given the promise of a lesser payment and a 4.9 interest rate from the sales rep. When entering financing I was informed that that is not truthful they haven't even ran my credit app and gotten the correct information. It was a variable between 4.9 and a higher interest rate. Also initially how this started...I was contacted by the sales rep and accepted a 2017 Accord at that interest rate 4.9% upon signing paperwork I noticed the paperwork says 2016 accord. Why wasn't I told that ?? My payment has now increased from my previous vehicle. I have contacted a sales manager who said he would speak with my sales rep letting him know my concerns. That was it.. I have since received a call from the sales rep explaining exactly what he should have explained to me to begin with about the interest rate. Seriously, I was deceived. I would definitely not recommend Lindsay Honda. But Honda I would recommend just not that dealership.

I went there 2 months ago to buy a new car. I was rushed and treated like an old lady! He was pushy, very arrogant extremely aggressive! I told him I wanted to look at another car. He said. Oh no they are junk I'll show you here online! I said just the same I would like to see it myself. He went for the sales manager to try to close a deal he was Not about to get from me how he treated me. So I went to Lancaster ohio and Buckeye Honda, dealt with justin. Bought the car I WANTED. More features. Better price and nothing but respect, consideration and politeness! Lindsay you need to take a few lessons from Buckeye on how to treat buyers! We are not just a number! Keep the fast talking quick sales pitch.. I'm in sales and you remind me what I never want to act like to ANYONE..

Toni Conti was a wonderful sales specialist that helped us find the perfect HONDA for me and my family. We were not sure what style HONDA we wanted and Toni listened to our family needs. Service is trash. They don t care supervisors very rude I take my cars there for service cus they close to my house but I will never spend my money there again they ignore me. I dealt with the dealership long distance on a new Ridgeline . Nikki promptly let me know when the model I liked came off the truck. I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing but was dealt with in a calm, courteous fashion by Otis Tate who even got splash guards put on after 9 pm as I live 3 hours away. The truck was handed over to me in great shape.These guys deserve a 10. Hope to do business there again!

BAIT and SWITCH! Do not trust them! Requested salesman to pull the recorded call - disappeared for 20 minutes - returned to LIE and tell me "only outgoing calls are recorded". HORRIBLE! "We have the right to rescind any offer" - VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE - BUY YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!

Last week I found just the car I've been looking for, a 2011 BMW 128i. I started my conversation on line with Mark the service manager, we set up a meeting the next day and I met Tabatha who went with me on a test drive. She was great, answered all my questions and listened carefully to me about what kind of deal I wanted to make; trade-in, money down, terms of money borrowed, etc. She came back with an offer that matched my needs. The young man in finance did a great job of closing the deal. I arrived at 12 noon and drove home in my BMW at 2:30pm. How can you ask for anything more than that?

Just leased a 2019 Honda CR-V with the assistance of Michael Houston. Both the dealership and Mike were incredibly helpful, supportive, and accommodating. I had a very pleasant time choosing a car, I didn't feel pressured, and I felt listened to and respected during the negotiation process. For the past 10 years I HAD been a loyal customer of Imkee/Germain Honda but this time around when I called to trade in my car, the salesperson took my info and all details and said I will call you back tomorrow . However I did not receive the call as promised and so the following day I called Lindsay Honda. When I contacted Lindsay Honda about trading my car, I spoke to Antonio (Tony) Williams and right away he was friendly and courteous and very patient with my questions and requests. This was one of the best buying experiences I have had. WOW!!! is what I can say about my salesperson at Lindsay Honda. I personally thank Tony Williams for his professionalism, patience and great work ethics. If you knew me, you would know that I am a very demanding person and time is always of an essence for me and I do not like to waste time in negotiations and haggling for every penny and the best deal but this time it was like buying a car from a very trusted friend. I recently stopped at Lindsay Honda to look at a car I saw on their web site. When I got there I spoke with their salesman Jeremy Kester who told me that the car had been sold. He asked me what I wanted in a car and he worked very hard to find it. I drove my new car home that same day. I really like my car and highly recommend Lindsay Honda and Jeremy.

Made an appointment for 1:00, get there and told "somehow we must have double booked" and been busy with other cars that got there earlier and still haven't got in so I could get it in at 4:00.... So why even make appointments? Always get told the same oops we double booked BS. At least John Hinderer Honda will come right out and say we had a ton of walk ins so your appointment means nothing.

Good experience with having the actual problem fixed. All I might add is that next visit, maybe a little better communication explaining the final fix in my case rather than simply leaving the car with keys to drive off. Thank you!

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband... We will only purchase our vehicles with the Lindsay family based on our experiences. We ve purchased a new 2015, Honda Civic. A new 2017 Acura MDX and recently a used 2013 Honda Accord, Sport. While we ve always had good experiences with our purchases at the Lindsay dealerships, this review was on our most recent purchased of the Honda Accord, Sport. Our salesman, Kevin DeMarco was great - there was absolutely no pressure sales from Kevin or his team, which we valued! Kevin also attempted to get us set up to have a minor touch-up work on the car - which we still need to follow up to get completed. Kevin also answers his phone calls on his day off if you have questions or concerns after your purchase! Overall, we highly recommend Lindsay (Honda or Acura) and Kevin DeMarco.

Spent the better part of a week looking at new Honda pilots. Went back and forth on what model we would purchase and never felt pressured. The sales rep, Dave Dawes, was fantastic and said "no pressure - when you are ready to buy a car - we will be happy to help you make a decision".

The best part was the low pressure but very helpful nature of Dave - he was great.

Ok I wrote about my buying experience before, which was not the most inviting. But nonetheless, I took my car in for its first maintenance schedule today, only needed a oil change. The mechanic never changed my oil at all. The oil was the same color(medium darkish brown) and level(under the bottom hole on dipstick) as when I brought it in. When I brought it back immediately after checking, they told me that it was fresh oil and it blackened that quickly after a half of a mile of driving. They did comparisons with the old and new oil(I watched them change it this go round) and you can clearly see the difference between the 2.

They admitted it was low but claimed the oil was fresh and blackened from carbon build up on a car with less than 7k miles on it. They did redo the service as mentioned above, but where's the trust behind first attempt? If I was a person that doesn't check behind people's work, I could of easily blew my engine or turbo thinking I was good to go another 5k miles before another oil change while at low levels of oil. IF(huge if), I ever bring my car here again I will watch them from here on out and I suggest you the same. CONSUMERS BEWARE!

I will never be back. And will make sure my family and friends, heck anyone who asks does not come here and that is a promise! The service department is the worst. And has been nothing but a headache since I got my car, even for something as simple as an oil change I have had problems. I have spent a lot of money here , been here several times & I kid you not EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had an issue with this service department. It s THE WORST. This week I decided why not give it one more chance and what do you know. I got screwed over AGAIN!! The men in the service department are rude, arrogant (even the managers ) and have 0 customer service skills. I know I don t have the newest Honda and I m not rich and white so maybe that s why I have a bad experience here. Cause the men in here are garbage. money has never been an issue for me when it comes to my car, it s the service here. Went to tire discounters and got my tire changed so my children would be safe and they re customer Service was awesome! That is where I will be getting mine and my families cars serviced from now on. Oh and by the way, if one person tells you something here, better get it in writing or make sure that person is there when it s time to make good on their word because the communication in there is the worst! Friday evening Manager treated me like I couldn t afford one of their rentals for $40 a day like he knew me. Smh

I originally wanted to shop at Lindsay Honda for their Christian stance. The experience is what will make me a repeat customer. Murphy Williams sold me a 2013 Honda Civic LX and I love the vehicle. The dealership was very friendly and they did not try and push a sale like most used car dealerships. I received a very reasonable trade offer on my previous vehicle and did not have to argue the price. Will be going back for years to come.
