Brand new 2017 Honda Civic LX
Two days after buying raid freezes after a phone call received and have to pull over and restart car to reboot the radio. I take it to Honda Lindsay and they tell me it s from my iPhone update (WRONG) it happened with two other iphones AND an android with a computer completely different OS. Went up to this dealership twice to have this issue fixed and they continued to blame it on he iPhone it s clearly an issue with the unit itself! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.Save yourself and go to ANY of the other Honda dealerships in Columbus.
