We recently acquired a new Honda CR-V from Lindsay Honda. Murphy Williams played a big part in making this one of our best car-buying experiences. We had done extensive research prior to arrival, and our questions were specific. Mr. Williams proved very knowledgable, courteous and helpful without being the least bit pushy. At no time did I feel we were being manipulated or coerced into moving faster than we wanted to move or add things we didn't need. It should be noted that we arrived fairly certain that we would not be making a commitment that day. In the end, however, when presented with exactly what we wanted at a better than expected price, there was no reason not to commit. Thank you, Murphy Williams, you are an exemplary sales person!
