Kasra Ray Mousavi demonstrated exemplary selling skills: his product knowledge is vast, he really listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions and he was honest, straightforward and open to discussion. He showed endless patience, stayed courteous and poised throughout and made the process FUN. It is my first Lexus and I'm already thrilled with both the car and the service Kasra provided.
