Was called a month after and I work In sales so the guy I worked with tried to act like he was interested in switching over cell carriers and he asked how the service was done and what not and I said pretty good. And he asked for me to give him a review. And then I was also interested in going back to do my brake pads and he only responded twice and then stopped so I m guessing he just wanted the review and that s all. I get it they did well in terms of service but in terms of business communication I think it could ve gone better, like just send me an email asking for feedback than trying to pretend to be interested. I ll Change my rating cause it wasn t horrible service but the communication part wasn t great. For example we confirmed over the phone 600 and when I got there they said they couldn t do that and only can do 700. So I said oh well what can do I have to get my car fixed. Anyways on a side not they did well on the car and installing the shocks that I provided but it s pretty steep considering I provided the product. But that s beside the fact anyways, they did well, car works fine in terms of coming in contact with bumps in the road. They told me they d clean vehicle, they barely did honestly, maybe my expectations were to high but for 750 I expected it to be really clean. I could ve done better. He was a good guy, the one I worked with, it just wasn t conducted the best way, not trying to throw him under the bus. Just think you guys can really improve cause I m a great fan of Lexus and especially that dealership.
