My appointment time was met with promptness. The loaner car unfortunately was dirty inside & smelled of cigarettes. I do appreciate having the loaner car regardless. My car was serviced & completed in the correct amount of time. Only issue was the tech could not hear my speaker crackle and now I must reschedule for another time to have them hear the blown speaker.
