Let me start by saying the only good experience I had at this dealership was the salesman. Once you have agreed to run numbers for a car (in my case a certified pre owned Lexus CT200H which is basically a Prius in a tuxedo) they put me in a dark little windowless room. They made the experience feel like a shady buy here pay here. Once you get through that phase and agree to some numbers they move you to a different building (in my case it was to the new car sales building from the used car building) where the finance department lies directly to your face to pad your loan. To sell me the prepaid maintenance package he told me an oil change for my new car was going to be $280, which is just an absolute provable lie. He then told me the package would cover all the big services at 45k and 90k miles. I looked in my owners manual and those include changing cabin filters and such like that, routine maintenance. I understand they are trying to make money but straight up lying to me? That s just not what I expect from a mid tier car companies dealership. Then to put the icing on the cake they neglected to send the payoff check for my last car to the bank who possessed the loan. 3 weeks and 2 days after I got my Lexus I get charged for my old car loan, and check to see it s still active. I call for them to say oh yeah we forgot to send it . Really? This dealership feels like it s being ran partly by 15 year olds and partly by scam artists. Save yourself the trouble and find a different dealership to buy a Lexus or other car from, this is another run of the mill stealership.
