I have been taking my cars to Lexus of Concord for the last 8 years. Their service team is great. The most recent visit was for a recall repair. They called me to make the appointment. Efficiently handled the repair. Provided a loaner car in the interim. I purchased the most recent Lexus from them and the process was equally seamless. 5 stars.
