Had some wiring issues on a used Lexus that I bought out of state. Tried some car stereo places closer to home as well as the Toyota dealership first, but they all declined to work on it because they were unfamiliar with the wiring system.

Called Lexus of Concord and they said that they would take a look at it without making any promises. It wasn't cheap, but the amount seemed fair to restore HVAC, back-up camera, radio, and power to my 12V outlet. While they worked on my car, I was given a great loaner so that I didn't have to be stranded 50 miles away from home. Came back the next day and everything was nice and tidy. Very satisfied!
