Great service, very accommodating! Shane @ Lexus is amazing, texted me with every change was always on top of things and very responsive!

We took the car for a recall, and ended up getting all other issues fixed, and since Lexus of Concord provided us with a loaner, we didn't really feel the pain of having the car in the shop for few days.

Loved it and will only be doing business with Shane @ Lexus of Concord :-)
