I had a great time working with the internet sales team and Jackie.
Three different people checked on me through emails and phone calls before I even went in for a test drive. Jackie answered all of my questions and was very upfront/transparent throughout. The only disappointing part was they weren't wiling to negotiate whatsoever. I realized they are a Lexus Plus dealership but giving little bit of leeway for their customers would go above and beyond for a minor cost to the dealership. (ie: free charge of additional Lexus key fob if the car buyer only received one or free rubber floor mats).

LoB also has a top notch facility which made the waiting times during the car buying process little bit more forgiving. Overall, it was a great experience and would do business with them again as far as car buying.

Same cannot be said about the service maintenance kiosk area. As they were severely understaffed. We had to wait almost 30 minutes in line just to buy a damn Lexus keychain and some rubber floor mats.
