Bad sales experience. I bought NX300 on Thursday 08/30, was promised that car will arrive at dealer on Friday 08/31. I scheduled to pick it up on Monday 09/03. On Monday i get a call form my sales guy Rami, and he tells me that car is not there. So nobody new that car was not arriving on Friday? Why wait 4 days to tell me? I was left without a car. Thankfully i got a loaner. OK, car was scheduled to arrive on Thursday 09/06. On Thursday i pick up my car, my sales guy is not there. Another sales guy Brian, i think, does the job for Rami. I waited for almost 2 hours to pick it up. Paper work was lost and i had to re-sign it again. Then, there is only one key. Brian tells me that someone locked second key in a safe. I have to come back today Friday 09/07 at 1pm to pick it up. My wife goes. She is told that second key is in Portland and it will take a week to get it. Are you kidding me???? I have new car with one key for a week???? Cannot get an answer on when will i get it. Called sales manager once, left a message, no callback. Called again spoke with a manager, was promised a callback, at this point nothing. If this is how your sales is operating, i do not even want to think about your service department. This is Lexus UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two stars. Both of them are for a car itself not the dealer.
