First I would like to say, our salesman Evan was great. No issues at all with him.

However, there is one major issue. When working out financing, my wife and I weren't exactly sure what our payments would be like. She is a stay at home mother of our two boys, and we live off of my income alone. Naturally, we're very cautious about spending money, and we were very conscious of what we were comfortable paying every month. We filled out some paperwork, and wanted to see what our payments would look like. Sounds pretty simple right? Here's where the issue is.

We asked SPECIFICALLY if them ONLY giving us the numbers would be a HARD or soft inquiry on our credit report. I specifically said to the salesman and financing person that I did NOT want to have a hard inquiry on my credit report just to see what our payments would look like. They assured us that it would only be a soft inquiry, and a hard inquiry wouldn't be put on the credit report until we give the final say to get the loan. My wife and I both have good (700's) credit, and we (and they) already knew that. They gave us a decent interest rate (4.9), and everything was okay otherwise. We decided not to get the loan and car because we felt the monthly payments were too high for us to feel comfortable with, and we decided to do more shopping around. They were only able to offer us a MAX 4yr loan, which is understandable without a down payment on a used car (trade-in only).

Fast forward to today. We found the car for us. We got everything in order and purchased the car. But, after going thru the loan process, the bank calls us and says they have to offer us a 4 year loan instead of 5 like we requested. When I asked them why, they said because there was too many (4) hard inquiries on my credit report. I said that was weird because there should only be two, and I know this because I monitor my credit religiously. (recently acquired a Lowe's and PayPal credit account) SO I go to check my credit report, and there was not only one, BUT TWO HARD INQUIRIES on my credit report, from the Len stoler financing. Needless to say, it will be disputed with the credit bureaus and with Len stoler.

My advice - they're not a bad stealership. But figure out your numbers before you need them to figure it out for you, and don't fill out ANY financing paperwork unless you KNOW you're buying the car from them.

Oh, and I almost forgot - watch out for their dealer fees, they're a little steep. They were attempting to charge us about $1600 in dealer fees, all while telling us how they were the cheapest around and how expensive everyone else is. The dealership we ended up going thru charged us $568 total, and ended up working with the bank to get us the 5 year loan like we requested.

Len Stoler service has always been top notch. I don't feel taken advantage of and they always fully explain all repairs so that I understand what is being done to my vehicle. I used to live in the area when I bought my car but now I drive an hour to come back, even for oil changes. Definitely recommend this dealership service!

I'm very disappointed with the service from Len Stoler Chevrolet. I purchased a car last Wednesday. I had been inquiring for weeks and weeks prior, went to look at it in person and was informed the car was still in the process of inspection and that it would be ready June 24th. I went to Len Stoler to sign paperwork and place deposit and still the car had not been touched due to a part/oil pump they were waiting for in the mail that arrived on the 24th. A representative felt bad and told me the honest truth that they hadn't even started working on the car because they fixed two other trucks and put my car aside. Len Stoler put me in a loaner vehicle and informed me my car would be ready July 1st, possibly June 29th if they could. I called June 29th the car was still not ready and I was informed the car would be ready on July 1st, 1st, possibly June 29th if they could. I called June 29th the car was still not ready and I was informed the car would be ready on July 1st. After countless attempts of contacting on July 1st I was informed the car is not ready due to a part that didn't come in the mail until June 27th, which was hard to believe when the part had "already arrived on the 24th" the day I purchased the vehicle. I drove an hour away back to Len Stoler and looked at the car to see what work had been done up to this point. It hasn't even been touched. I am now being informed that my car will not be ready until July 8th. If the part did arrive Saturday. Len Stoler had Monday, Tuesday and all day of Wednesday to change an oil pump that only takes 4 hours max to repair. The repairs list were all minor parts, brake pads, alignment, etc. I have gone out of my way several of times to accommodate Len Stolers busy schedule and when asking what could be done for the extra wait I was told I was given a loaner vehicle that they could be potentially selling that I am racking miles up on which I am grateful for but wouldn't even be using a loaner car if the car was ready four weeks ago. I was also told I could take my deposit back but there was nothing else they could do since there are seperate managers for each department. All I'm asking is for my car that I purchased that was promised to me weeks ago. Is this normal for your company?

My 2013 Volt lost its driver display system, which also killed the electric heater. I dropped the car off, got a loaner, and was able to pick it up in 36 hours. Very expensive but very efficient. The dealership was much more responsive than GM, who refused to offer any financial consideration for a major part that failed after 55,000 miles.

My experience at len stoler chevy Westheimer was 10 out of 10. Everything from the new waiting area, to all the sales associates and managers. Renne Born was my sales associate, she took the time to answer all my questions and really make me feel comfortable about my purchase and the financing. I will be in the market for another vehicle in the next couple of months. I will definitely purchase it at len stoler chevy, and buy it from Renee Born.

Absolutely horrible! Impossible to get the service advisor on the phone. He never followed up & I had to keep calling & following up just to get the information that I needed. He was inconsiderate and downright rude on the phone. I felt he wanted to do anything other than his job.

In past attempting to work with this dealer has been, we'll less then pleasant. It seems that recently, they have made some big changes. Our daughter, bought her first car there two months ago. Sadly the car was totalled. When we called our salesman Adam, he immediately started working on it. He was above and beyond patient with us and helpful. The sales manager Ray, again very friendly and helpful. They took what was a horrible event, fixed it, even made it better! Hands down, as long as they are there, they will get our business again! Awesome job guys!!

Decided to try the Chevy location in Westminster, MD because the previous dealership was always coming up with "issues" that my new vehicle supposedly had. I want to work with people who don't take advantage of someone's lack of car knowledge and all of the staff there exceeded my expectations. They were honest about what my car does and does not need, the waiting room has coffee & food, though could use a few updates, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

My wife and I drove over 3 hours for the price, when we got there the sales team made it worth the trip. My salesman Eric was professional and extremely helpful, and the whole team at Len Stoler was great. Matter of fact all dealerships should take a page out their book on how to treat customers.

Awful, incompetent and inept service. My wife and I have had several terrible experiences with the service department. Ranging from ordering the wrong part (twice), unable to fix a problem (blue tooth sync), attempting to charge me for items that should have been covered under warranty and most recently for having my car for a week for 2 warranty/recall issues only to find out the part needed for one of the repairs had not arrived even though I had previously received a phone call stating the vehicle was ready for pick-up. In the most recent issue, a service manager was not available nor was anyone else in a managerial capacity to discuss this issue with. Extremely frustrating! Not only will I not take my vehicle there for service in the future but I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership in the future. Stay Away!

Awful, awful, awful. I wish there was better to say but there really isn't. They broke the pressure sensor in my tire then wanted to charge me for the repair. They removed the little logo on my hubcap and said it wasn't there when I took the car to them (even though I had pictures of the car from the day before). They tried to charge me for warranty repairs. I will never use this place again. I'd hate to say I hope they go out of business, but at this point, that's where I am.

She goes the extra mile to make sure that your problem is solved and keeps you informed all the way - all with a big smile on her face. Unprofessional! My transmission went up on my car, it was 5 weeks away from the 5 year warrenty running out. They said it would take a month to fix and could only give me a car for 3 days!! What kinda crap is that? I'm sure once the warrenty ran out they would have tried to charge me for keeping it there past the warrenty time. I took it to Heritage owings mills and they fixed it in 2 days, simple shifter fix which says to me they did not even fix it; I had to call 2 days in a row and have a friend who works for len stoler chew them out for them to do anything. After an hours worth of paperwork, the salesman brings me the invoice with an additional $250.00 charge for repairing their dent. You have been warned, don't do business with this dealer.

This particular time, after having my Impala serviced, we were contacted by Len Stoler to check out their Black Friday Event. With no real intention of buying, we went online to see if there was anything we liked. We did and went to see the car, a 2012 Malibu. It was exactly what I wanted in a car and so we talked to Rob who gave us a great deal on our trade. I loved my Impala and I love my Malibu more! Len Stoler is great dealership and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!!!

He knew all the details of my selection and made sure to cover all the important stuff. When we got down to the deal, I didn't feel as though we were having to play a game that I never enjoy. Bought a vehicle 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience. The sales associates on the floor Dave and Laura are wonderful. That being said when it came down to making a deal, the GM would not even discuss a deal without a commitment to purchase the vehicle, to which we hadn't seen or been able to test drive. Did not even give us the courtesy of coming down and discussing this with us. Bad way to do business, it was not our fault that you didn't have the vehicle on the lot, although we did appreciate Dave's time in locating one for us. But why would anyone commit to purchase a vehicle that you had not seen or been able to test drive. You not only lost a sale, you lost two customers. Gave you two stars for the sales associates. Wish this could have been a better review, as our first experience with Len Stoler was definitely a 5 star, not this time.

Sold me (or I was dumb enough) to buy an overpriced 2014 Chevy Cruz that I had issues with as soon as I got it. I ended up totaling it by hitting a deer, when I Came to get my GAP form EDGAR was rude and dismissive and extremely unhelpful. He acted like he couldn t find my file and it would take days to get until I stated I talked to lee the day prior and he had no problem pulling up my deal. Then it magically appeared. I walked around the lot 10 mins with no one coming to ask if I needed help, I guess I didn t look like I was in the market for a new car. I ll never go back!! PS LEE was AWESOME!

I got my Chevy Volt serviced here and was pretty happy with the fact that they were able to fix the check engine light problem, and were willing to help me retrofit a backup camera by reprogramming the radio screen. After I got the car back, I noticed that the rocker panels were dented, likely from the auto lift because the car sits so low. I brought it back and they replaced both sides with no hassle at all. Good shop and customer service!

We are a Plumbing Service Company and have used this dealership twice now. There are a lot of scheduling tasks that take part in getting our vehicles in the shop with our technician as well as our customer schedule. This is now the 2nd time are vehicle was scheduled and was not even looked. I received NO notification that they have not even looked at our truck. Now scrambling to change scheduling for this technician. If I did not call would they have even informed me of this. This is not professional in any manor. Customer Service is in need of improvement!

I saw a black 2011 Chevrolet Traverse LT with 80k plus miles online priced;at $9700 and made an appointment with Linda to test drive it in Westminster, on July 22nd 2019. To my surprise ,I was shown a 2015 model with more than 101k miles with a filthy interior for more than mid $15k. The filth inside turned me off. Worse was the negotiation about pricing. The mileage was wrong because it reads 90k miles on the window ; way below the actual one. When I asked about the one I saw online Linda confirmed its availability; I was told by the dealer that someone beat me on it. It has been almost a week and I still am very disappointed from that bad experience.

My husband was NOT happy about the drive from Southern Maryland to Westminster, it took some talking. I have been looking at cars off & on for the passed year or so, we were looking for something nicer, less miles & a little more room.
I had like 7 apps on my phone with my criteria in my saved searches & to get email notifications for prices changes or new listings. I always ended up back at Len Stoler, I actually minimized my criteria perimeters per their listings to see where else I could go that wasn't so far.
We LOVE our new 2015 GMC Acadia!! We both agreed it was the Best & Most Pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. It was an amazing experience including interactions we had with everyone. Don was WONDERFUL, I couldn't compliment him enough (which says a lot, I've been in Customer Service for 15+ years)!!! Addy was the glue that held it all together, she was so responsive & knowledgeable, kept my attention. I cannot stress enough how much all of it meant to us, SO worth the drive!!! We will do it again the next time we need a car & will recommend everyone we know who is looking.

I was looking for a reliable, safe, practical used car because of an unfortunate accident which left my previous car totaled and because I just started commuting a long distance to work so gas mileage was also important. With the help of my teenage son I located a suburu outback on line which fit all my criteria. When I found out it was at a dealership I got ready for a high pressure sales situation, and as a female, I expected to be taken advantage of. Our experience at Len Stoler Hyundai couldn t have been more different from what I expected. All of the staff at Len Stoler were wonderful but our salesman, Brendan Keough, deserves a special acknowledgement. He was professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly, helpful and a real person who didn t make me feel pressured in any way. He took his time with us, answered all our questions honestly,treated us with respect and made the car buying process enjoyable. Once I decided to buy he worked diligently throughout the process to make things happen as quickly and seamlessly as possible while keeping us informed and easing my mind along the way. I cannot say enough about this young man, and I drove away in a fantastic suburu outback that I know I will be happy with for years to come.

A big thank you to Damian , Ronda and Len Stoler Chevy! They were fantastic - I live in Pa a little over an hour drive from where I work in Westminster and my truck dash check engine light came on and on top of that it was the day we were getting snow - I called the service dept at Len Stoler and talked to Ronda and Damian and they said that I could drop off the vehicle plus they would take me to work - also a big thank you to the Mechanic - I think it was Eric for fitting my vehicle in on his busy schedule ! They had my truck fixed and ready to go for me to drive back to PA ! What a great staff of people and fantastic business - cannot thank all of you enough!

We were told that we had to sign papers for them to hold the car until we made a decision within 2 days- we were deceived into PURCHASING the car. We basically got railroaded into purchasing a car from this place. Would NOT recommend this dealership. Integrity is everything.

I was disappointed with my experience. It started off pretty good. Addy was pretty nice and stayed on top of our communication, but once her work was done, it went completly down hill. She advised me, after I submitted my credit application, that Vicki would follow up with me in a few days. Three days went by and I had to call looking for her. Apparently, when they transferred me to her, she wasn't at work yet and advised me that she would give me a call when she got in. I can definitely respect that. So, she called me back later that day and we discussed what I was looking for and the negatice equity on my current car. She said she would work on some numbers and call me bk. I never heard from her again and I started this process on 10/23. Even if they weren't able to get the numbers where I requested, I kinda thought they would at least let me know, instead of leaving me hanging. Definitelty disappointed in their practice, communication and customer service.

I bought a 2020 Colorado . This Truck is awesome ! My two previous trucks were full size and I was a little concerned going to a smaller truck . I have quickly gotten over that concern as the Colorado rides like a full size but a more sporty one . Now I haven t hauled anything with it yet , but judging by the powerful v6 , it shouldn t be a problem . I love the interior , all controls are easy and comfortable to use . I only purchased the extended cab , as I don t haul a lot of people . But I like the additional space to store a backpack or cooler , as I will be using it to commute to work . The styling of the Colorado I find to be way more attractive than any other in its class . It s sporty , sleek and even looks a little tough . All in all , outstanding truck .

Onto the dealership . Len Stoler is a fantastic place to buy a vehicle !

My salesperson was Evan . Great guy , listened to me explain what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend . Did not pressure me or even try to up sell me . He was extremely friendly , even after I showed up 20 minutes before close . I hope he continues in the business because I would definitely buy from him again !

Ray is the Manager and he was also a blessing to deal with . He kind of made it feel like I was buying from family . Again , no hard selling , made me feel comfortable with the whole purchasing process , answered any questions or concerns . A real pleasure to deal with !

Lee is their finance guy . Same as Evan and Ray , these guys know their stuff . Now it s Lee s job to sell you extended warranties , maintenance packed etc . Again , he did not pressure me into anything . The whole time it felt more like he was trying to HELP me in protecting my investment . I originally wasn t going to buy any of the warranty or maintenance packages and he was ok with that , but I did end up getting the extended warranty and now my truck is protected till at least my loan expires which gives me ease of mind !

When I actually picked up my truck I got to meet some more of the sales staff and other employees . Everyone there is friendly and welcoming . You will feel right at home . Don t let the exterior fool you , it may not look like other dealerships and it s not and that s a good thing . I had been shopping for a truck for over two weeks . I ve seen some very nice and new dealerships . But really , who cares what the dealership looks like , you re there to buy a vehicle . It s the people inside that matter and these people are the best ! Some of those pretty dealerships played the typical games of running back in forth to the manager . Had one dealership do the old bait and switch , found a deal online , got there and the final price was $6k more . You won t get those games at Len Stoler , these people are straight shooters .

So to finish up , I highly recommend you give this dealership a chance to impress you , I did and I am NOT disappointed !

Drove 2 hrs to look at truck that they originally said would bring to us, then gave some lame excuse that made us decide to drive there. After looking and loving the truck. They then said price is firm. No negotiations at all. Guess we should've asked that upfront. I wouldn't recommend unless you're ok paying their price. Kelly blue book had their price at top end.

They thoroughly explained all of the features of the car, welcomed us in the lot with no pressure, and the manager and closer could not have been any kinder. I have had my Denali in for transmission work and my experience was terrific. The service staff is always pleasant and easy to speak with. They have always accommodated me, even when it was normal maintenance work. I am all about "fixing it right the first time". Thanks to Rhonda and her staff for always helping me out!!!! Place is like you stepped into the 70's. Dirty, dingy and the staff act the same as a 70's dealer. Make you wait and wait and wait. You'd think they'd figure this out by now. Sales staff can't speak clearly and are shady.

I had been back and forward between three completely diffrenent cars in make and model. Eric and Reggie were both a huge help to my search and answered every question I had on the Ford Focus I ended up buting. I came back to the dealership three seperate times to look at the car and every time Eric was not only helpful but not at all pushy. He kept in contact in a way that didnt make me feel like I was being forced towards making a purchase and he had the experience both enjoyable and easy.
