Andre and Mike worked diligently with my daughter on her first ever vehicle purchase. Thank you, and I look forward to working with these two in the future!
Although car shopping can be a stressful time, working with Travis Stoler & Alan Kassel made it an awesome experience. They knew what I was looking for and knew what I was able to spend and made sure I got what I wanted. Dealing with Travis in the financial department & Jessie with the tech help/guidance just further validated what a good choice I made in working with Len Stoler Lexus.
CORVETTE PEOPLE steer clear of this place....have bought 3 vehicles from here (Vette, Escalade, Jeep Wrangler) and each time got progressively worse (shame on you Howard)...they do not want to give you squat for your trade (like Marty is dipping into his own pocket) I understand you are in the business of making money but you do not treat loyal clients like that. This place use to be awesome when Joe Ski worked there....no more business from me
I was made to wait 3 hours in the dealership when I had an 11:00 am appointment for a test drive. Negotiating a fair price was not easy. When I went for financing I had to wait over an hour because someone else was with the finance person .
I have had better experiences at other Cheverolet dealers.
Hi! My experience was great, helpful ,I would recommend your car dealership to my family and friends
Worst place to service your vehicle in history. Idiots work here. Especially in the office. Better off walking than driving a vehicle from this place.
Best experience I ve had in a dealership. Dealt with Ray, JT, and Lee. All three went above and beyond stayed well past 10:00pm to get the deal done. Couldn t be more greatful. Thanks again!!!!
I always received prompt, courteous, and effective service when I go for problems with my Tahoe. Thanks Melanie!!!
I was able to purchase a vehicle from Len Stoler. Initially I did everything through chat I was called into the location to look over the car to ensure I liked it. The staff were/is extremely friendly and knowledgeable Evan was my salesperson and he kept me in the loop through the entire process. I highly recommend Len Stoler Chevrolet!
First purchase from this dealer was great - 2015 when I purchased a new Chevy Silverado. Now that the 2019s got my attention, I was in the market and decided that I'd try to keep my loyalty with Len Stoler. Given my hectic schedule I reached out over the phone first (as most people do). At first my interactions with Linda were as to be expected. That quickly changed when I requested a new quote on a different cab size. She suggested that I was, "playing games with her" and that she would get my information hung up on me. I honestly was shocked at the change in her demeanor I started reaching out to other dealerships and I'm glad I did! I ended up finding the exact vehicle for cheaper than my quote from Linda. I purchased the new 2019 Silverado Trail Boss the next day. I still have not received a call back with that quote from her nor do I care to speak to someone that rude again. Let this be a lesson to Len Stoler... If you want to keep your customers don't have rude people doing "customer service".
This is my friends review of her expeirnce. This is an update and previous review was asked to be removed....
I finally was able to pick up my car from Len Stoler a month ago. Big shocker the repairs were not all made and the gash in the door that was promised to be repaired before I even purchased the car was not completed. I was given a form with the agreement that Len Stoler was responsible for repairing the door and that they would call to schedule when they could figure out a time. I was asked to take my last review down which I had no issue doing once my car was fully completed. It has been communicated several of times from Len Stoler that the repairs will take 24 hours to repair (24 hours for paint to dry). I dropped off my car on Monday as discussed with Ray and clarified several of times I would be there Wednesday evening to pick up my car. Knowing how Len Stoler works I made sure to call a few times Tuesday to confirm they had not forgotten about my car again and that it was actually being worked on. After being transferred around from employee to employee I was told from Nate that my car was being worked on and would even by ready by the end of the day Tuesday. It was confirmed by two separate employees that my car was being worked on and ready. There was confusion on what was being repaired and it was clarified it was the initial damage to be repaired on the door. I informed Nate I would be by Wednesday night since I was told it takes 24 hours for the paint to dry, since that was the only night I was able to take time off of work (again) to pick up my car. I know he worries about miles being racked up on his potential sales. It is now Wednesday and I have received notification that there was confusion and my car will not be ready today (even though this was clarified with Nate on Tuesday since he stated the car would be fine to drive Tuesday night for pickup it just can not be washed). I have decided to pick up my car regardless of the repairs, this is extremely frustrating with this being my 6th trip out there (I live an hour away). It has been expressed by Len Stoler that things are behind with COVID which I completely understand but I have been very clear about the issue being miscommunication and unrealistic timelines because the amount of time, money, time taken off of work and gas I have wasted to try to meet Len Stoler halfway each time they haven t had my car ready. Len Stoler's favorite line seems to be "that is not my department, I have no control over it" rather than communicating to resolve the issues. Now I'm left with the only option of picking up my car with the repairs still not being completed for pre-existing damages.
My vehicle was able to serviced quickly over a holiday weekend with professional and courteous staff helping along the way.
Over the years I ve had 3 vehicles serviced here and I ve never had an issue. Being able to request a service appointment online is also very helpful so you can schedule appointments in advance when your schedule doesn t afford you an opportunity to make a phone call.
7 hours there only to be mistreated, sad State of affairs
Poor customer service, never available when you are in an emergency situation...
I met with Renee and Christopher to bit a new car and they were both wonderful and patient people to work with! It was a great experience even tho buying a vehicle feels like it takes forever Renee was amazing with my children and Chris made sure I was comfortable in my vehicle before I left the lot!
Service was prompted and fast. Rhonda did a great job. Thank you.
I recently purchased my first and last vehicle from Len Stoler. It was a used 2007 Chevy silverado 1500. The experience started out ok we worked with jamie as our salesmen he was alright as a salesmen. We tried getting a lower price on the truck an they were willing to work with us. But we wanted to look at couple other dealers that day so we left an looked else where. Well when we came back jamie was busy. But he did come out an tell us he was busy but he still went back i to talk to nate to get us the bottom dollar price. But while we were waiting on him to come out. The manager of the new an used car department came over an remember us from the morning. An i told him i was waiting on jamie to come out with an offer from nate. An he asked me what i was willing to pay an i told him an immediately he said i cant do that. He said what did we offer you this morning. I said i didnt get an offer from you. He said yes u did acting like we were dumb or something. But anyway we ended up working out a deal not near what i wanted but it was a nice truck so i thought. Well i do all the paper work drive it from their lot to my house approximately 30miles away park it in my garage. A week later i go to pull it out of my garage to tow my boat an notice its leaking gear oil from the front axle shafts passenger side an driver side. Mind you i looked this truck over very thoroughly. Its as if someone clean the leak up with break kleen so it wasnt leaking on the lot but once it was driven a distance it would go back to leaking. But i called them the following day to discuss it. They didnt wanna do anything about it. Said they would try n cut a break on the price of the repair. Wellll im still waiting on a phone call. Now im wishing when that manager got ignorant i would of told him to shove it an left. But that was my first an last experience with len stoler. An ill be sure to let all my friends an family about my terrible experience.
We bought 'the most expensive used car on the lot' and about 15 minutes after we drove off the lot to go home, we discovered the car was flawed. The passenger side climate control unit was inoperable. We contacted our salesman the morning of the next business day (bought it on a Saturday) and were told to bring the car in. They confirmed that the code showed the climate control system broke during the vehicle warranty (during the original owner's time owning it) and that the service manager would be in contact with us. We found out it will be approximately $3,000 to repair this issue. After numerous attempts to get to the service manager, to date, we still have not had a response. You would think spending just shy of $39,000 on a car from a reputable dealer would get you better service than this. Additionally, this is the 4th car we have bought from Len Stoler - NEVER AGAIN!!!
Great staff great communication and I was thanked for choosing them to do business
This was one of the best experiences we have ever had while buying a vehicle. The trade in values were above what we expected we did a double trade in. Everyone was great and Evan McGrew was the best sales consultant we have ever worked with. Top notch team to work with from beginning of the process to the end. Highly recommended
Service dept is horrible. Spend more time on excuses then actually trying to fix the problem. I wont buy a chevy again not because I dont like them but because of this dealership. The next closes chevy dealer is eldersburg not convenient. Back to Honda............
Great buying experience. Staff was friendly and informative. They gave me the exact deal I requested quickly without jerking me around for several hours. I feel like both parties got a fair deal, and it was quick and painless. While settling registration and payment, I again felt like I was treated fairly and wasn't being jerked around. Everyone was straight forward, sincere, and didn't try to slip anything in unnoticed. Frankly I am surprised by the entire process, and though I needed a car within the next couple weeks, I was absolutely not prepared to walk out with a car that specific day. It is entirely a result of the reasonable and fair process, and the decent people.
Not sure why i got this. Car was purchased at Len Stoler Lexus. Already received survey request from them.
Great place worked with me to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted.i ended up with 2 new vehicles thank you
I just had my oil changed at land Stoller Chevrolet the oil change was done faster than I expected the service was done very well the people were extremely nice I'm very happy
I have mixed experiences from here (just the dealership side of the house, service is a different review).
Buying the car was very smooth, we started looking at used cars and after not finding something that was very appealing we looked at some of the new previous model year cars. Found one we liked and started the negotiations. This part wasn't as smooth as it should have been seeing as we discussed our budget first, were told the car was within our budget, then handed a contract that was twice our budget. I have lived places where everything purchased has a negotiable price so getting the payment where we needed wasn't hard, just time consuming.
All in all the experience was great leading up to the contract, now we move to the weeks following the purchase. We were told that we would get a call when the plates arrived, since they couldn't be sent to us directly for some reason. After calling twice to no avail, all the while being told we would get a call once they arrived, we decided to wait for the call again. The temporary tags then had only a few days left, so we called again. As luck would have it they arrived, weeks prior (during the time we were calling), so we drove over to get them. It took them 30 min to find the tags, despite telling them we were 10 min away.
Not sure yet if my next vehicle will come from here, guess that all depends on what happens when i first sit down at the table.
I changed it to a 3 because service is good and your willingness to address my unfortunate experience is appreciated. Your sales manager however deserves a 1. I actually live closer to a competitor where I purchased my new Tahoe so I will plan to service it there. Thanks for your willingness to help.
I had a less than satisfactory experience at this dealership. I asked an employee for assistance with a parts order. The employee was rude and dismissive. Turns out the employee was one of the detailers. When I complained about his unwillingness to at least steer me to the right person, he mumbled profanities under his breath. Considering I spent tens of thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I expect to be treated with some hospitality. Needless to say I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.
The sales rep, Laurie Baker, was fantastic so the low mark above is NOT about her. It's about the financing guy (can't remember his name). There were three documents he asked me to sign that were blatantly incorrect, including one that he forced me to sign (the arbitration agreement). The other doc had to do with the mileage on the truck. The paper said there were only 18 miles on the vehicle however there were nearly 200 miles! Then, he asked me to sign a document that showed I was financing the vehicle, which was not the case since I wrote a check for the entire amount due. I called him out on it and he reprinted the document. Very irritating at the best; potentially actionable at the worst. THIS, after waiting nearly three hours to purchase a car which I had already basically negotiated remotely and was not financing.
My salesman, Roman, was great patient and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased. If I had to rate him separately I d give him 5/5 stars.
However, I am really disappointed that I didn t negotiate a lower interest rate because I don t think i got the best rate. My credit score is phenomenal and rate should reflect that. The dishonesty at these dealerships is sickening. That s why I have only given 2 stars to the dealership.
Wasted an hour due to incompetent parts clerk. I will never consider this outfit for parts or service again.
I bought a used 2013 hyundai elantra, this location offers a month warranty and my engine light came on about a week after so we took it back to be fixed and i was told my car only needed a new gas cap because of a vapor leak and the new cap would fix it no problem, fix took about 10 minutes. Then my engine light came on again about 3 weeks later for the same issue. Now at this point i was just out of my warranty by about a week since i had the car for about 5 weeks. I took my car back to see what they could do and my usual mechanic told me that they should fix it because it was the same problem from when my car was under warranty. Instead they said they couldnt fix it and tried to charge $108 for something they couldnt fix and put in no effort into trying to fix. The reason they gave me behind the car not getting fixed was that they don t have the codes since they are a chevy dealer and my car is a hyundai. So i called and asked how they determined what was wrong the first time i brought my car in and they said that my car was probably taken to a hyundai dealer and they just didn t put in the effort to take my car to the dealer this time then tried to charge me a ridiculous number for not fixing anything. Needless to say i do not recommend this dealer to anyone. They are basically out to give you a bad deal.
Great place, great staff, great deals. Everything was smooth and didn t take forever. The entire staff helped and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
I called Len Stoler on a Saturday morning and Brad answered the phone. He set up an appointment at 10:00 that same morning to check out a white 2021 Chevrolet Colorado Redline they had on the lot. I showed up, we went for a test drive, then talked money. Brad is laid back, not pushy, and accommodating. This is the fourth vehicle in my family from Len Stoler Chevrolet and Im very happy with my purchase and the service!
Excellent service. On time and ahead of schedule. People are great
fast, easy, straightforward experience.
taking home the white stingray to va.
thanks robert for your help!
Awesome experience. No pressure to buy and they did everything possible to get me to the Payment I wanted. Dave and Dwayne are great!!
I live down near d.c. i've been to several dealerships of many different companies and almost every time i get the run around, treated like an idiot, offered a lower price, spent hours haggling price, (all the gimmicks by the way, like them taking your keys so you can't leave). i could go on and on. What a breath of fresh air dealing with a dealership that legitimately cares. they offered me a fair price on my trade-in, and the bottom invoice price, i mean they barely made any money on me. just incredible, no haggle, no run-around, no jackass salesman giving me the plastic smile. just incredible, this dealership is 1-in-a-billion. if you're still reading, my salesperson's name was Sharon. so if you're going, she'll be very kind with you i guarantee it.
Great Experience from the moment I walked in the door.
Brian and Gino are great to work with, Very honest, upfront, and pleasant. No complaints at all, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The finance team is exceptional as well.
Thanks to everyone at Len Stoler, I love my new Tahoe.
If I could it would be 0, we waited two and half weeks of being jerked around to be financing before moving on, we got a letter from the financing company that we ended up getting from Al Packer, that we were approved for financing the first day we were at Len Stoler... They don't honor recall work either, escorted my father out the door, stay away
I am going to be honest in this review. This was THE WORST service I have ever experienced on one of my vehicles. And when I say service I didn't even have the complete job done. I had never been to this shop/dealership myself before and only chose them due to having a GMC made vehicle plus the fact that my grandfather had always bought his Cadillacs from this dealership. I went to the shop because my Buick had a body part come off while driving down the road back in February. When I went there they were insistent that I make sure I was going to come back because the part required painting to match my vehicle. They said it would take maybe a week, possibly two and that they would call me. I waited three then I had to call them, no one knew where the part was but they found the recall part they were also going to install. They didn't call back. I called again. The part was finally located, in a drawer somewhere, but they hadn't painted it (they got the color from the VIN) so they would be calling me back. Another two weeks goes by, no call. I repeatedly called over the next week and a half. Finally the part was painted and I called to make an appointment, I was placed on hold multiple times for 20 and 30 minutes at a time hung up on and left messages to have my call returned. After a lot of frustration I reached the district manager, Jason Bender he assured me that this was not acceptable and I would be called back. He did call me back and got me in touch with the manager at this dealership, Rhonda Stem. She assisted me in making an appointment( two and a half months after I went in initially). Unfortunately I had to reschedule, called them to let them know a day before due to a family emergency, they didn't even know I had an appointment! I called back to reschedule when I returned, spoke to Rhonda again, she apologized and we set up an appointment and she offered me a free detail when it was convenient. I brought my vehicle in, was told it would take 2-3 hours and had someone pick me up for a few hours, they would call me. Three hours passed, I called, was told they would call back, again no call. I was dropped off, nothing had been done on my vehicle. I had to sit in their waiting room another 45 mins. The part that was put on my vehicle didn't even match my paint. My vehicle is black this was grey. I was told by the manager Rhonda it would fade and match over time, what? If anything it will get worse due to fading lighter. I called the district manager, Jason back again told him I was unhappy. He contacted Rhonda, she asked that I bring it back in and she would send it to the body shop to look at it, then I would have to make another appointment just to repaint it. She failed to tell me the body shop was in Reisterstown a half hour down the road. A little background I forgot to mention in the beginning, I am a busy working mother, a nurse, work nights and live in Pennsylvania. When I came in and was told it would take all morning because the body shop was not even in this location, I finally had it and asked for the part to be removed and to get my money back to take it elsewhere. Rhonda then got rude and irritated with me and proceeded to tell me that she had told me this and that they couldn't take the part off my vehicle without possibly damaging it. I said fine I just want my money back for the paint. They agreed to that and I took my vehicle to a shop in Pennsylvania. They removed the part with ease, matched the paint color and had it in my vehicle in less than a week. When I brought my vehicle in to have the part installed it matched and I only sat in their shop for 35 minutes! I do not recommend Len Stoler to anyone. This was an absolute nightmare, a waste of my time and caused nothing but frustration. The quality of their work was the worst I've ever gotten anywhere I've taken one of my vehicles. The customer service was the worst. As a nurse I can say without a doubt that if I did my job the way Len stoler, Rhonda Stem or Jason Bender do theirs people would get hurt.
With there only being one finance person for a local jeep company he was on point. He knew we were waiting for several hours to sign the final paper work and made everything accommodate our needs to get us home with our Jeep. I appreciate the personal touches from Curt. Thank you!
Great job getting in and out for service. Also the sales staff is stupendous. Great customer care.
I would seriously never take my car here again. The first time I had to go was when my check engine light was on. They did a check engine diag and said that it was my relay. It was replaced elsewhere for less and I still had a check engine. So, I took it back to them. They did another check engine diag and still said my relay needed to be replaced. Months later of trying to figure this out, come to find out they pulled a air hose out while checking out my car and never put it back. Then, the second time, my car was just recalled for the ignition switch. I've had trouble just getting my car started because of the ignition switch. Sometimes I have to try to turn it 30 or 40 times before it works. So, when I called them to get it fixed, they told me there was 150 people in front of me and there's nothing they could do. When I spoke to their Customer Service, they repeated the same thing and said they had no idea when the parts were coming in. They paid no regard to my safety AT ALL. So, my fiance called Win Kelly who were really friendly. They gave way more information about when the parts were coming in and got me a rental car. When I buy another car, I'll definitely go to a dealer who cares about their customers and not settle for a business that doesn't care about their customer past the original purchase.
Great service!
Love our new truck
What a Great Experience today with Bruce, Gino and the staff! I went there car shopping, which I normally dread but, Bruce was so laid back he made the experience was quite enjoyable. They were respectful of our needs and what we wanted
My wife had to have our jeep towed to Len Stoler when she broke down on the way to work. The service team seemed very nice, but they could not get the jeep to recreate the problem, but gave us a list of other things that needed doing. This was on the Wednesday. On the Saturday, we drove to Len Stoler once again, to go and pick up the jeep. We were going to pick it up, then take it to our local mechanic. My wife had been looking at Hyundai Tucsons online, and really wanted something more economical than the jeep, because of her commute. When we pulled on to the lot on the Saturday, I said "let's just have a quick look what they have in the used car lot" she said "no, let's just get the jeep and get going"..... I pulled on anyway! I drove no more than 10-15 yards and saw a Hyundai, which I thought was a Tucson. We went inside and told the service department we were interested in it. They took us through to Rob. Rob was fantastic! He hadn't been there very long, but he was great and didn't give himself enough credit! We did! We were there quite a while, and they even said we could bring our dog into the showroom, which was a nice touch, I was happy about this, as I'd probably used 1/4 of a tank of gas through leaving the engine running with the AC on for him. What I thought was a Tucson, turned out to be a Santa Fe! Much bigger! Anyway, after a couple of hours we were on our way in our new (to us) car! If you want a no pressure, easy transaction, ask for Rob! He, his sales manager and the finance manager were superb! Sorry for the late review guys!! Thanks again! Highly recommended sales team!!
Recently in a car accident and my car was totaled. I have a tight budget and needed a good, cheap used vehicle. I found one online from another Len Stoler location; Howard, the general manager, brought it in and let me drive it for a couple days before I decided on buying it. Very impressed with how quick and easy everything was. Robert in used set me up and Steve in finance helped me finish everything no hassle. Great team!
Friendly service center. Very willing to help customers! Melanie is amazing and understanding of the customers needs.
Scheduling oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Oil change and tire rotation was completed sooner than expected.
Great dealer ship! Certainly felt taken care of and they did everything they could to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted.
My 2010 Equinox has been taken care of by Rhonda (service rep) and the crew at Len Stoler from the day I bought it. I once worked for a dealership, and I know the critical difference between outstanding service and just getting by. I have stuck with Stoler because they do the extras -- give me a ride to the restaurant while the work is being done, asking before doing the work, pointing out things that need attention. This time, I had recall work that needed to be done, which extended my time in the dealership, but a comfortable place to read and have coffee makes that tolerable.
Had a great experience working with Kyle, Dwayne, and Curt! Would definitely recommend this dealership!
First time here and we had such a great experience. Our salesperson, Jason, was great and easy to work with, along with the management team Kirk and Annette. We've been looking for a new Tahoe for awhile and realized how difficult some dealerships can be for the buyer. Not Lens Stoler -- they made the process very easy and seamless. Purchase price and trade in value were more than fair. We are very happy with our purchase of our new Chevy Tahoe and will absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!
Manged to sneak us in their schedule last minute and had a quick turnaround. Great service!
Best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. Aaron Stansbury was absolutely wonderful. I cannot give enough praise to this dealership and its staff!
Erik, Ray and Lee were amazing during my not so great situation of having to find a car! Erik worked all day on getting me a deal and helped from start to finish. Ray (general manager) greeted us while waiting on financing and made sure we had everything we needed. Lee was excellent at explaining warranties, maintenance packages, etc and making sure we stayed within the monthly payment we were comfortable with. I will be returning to Len Stoler Chevrolet in Westminster for maintenance to my current vehicle as well as to buy another car when I m ready!
All was good , very helpfull. Melany was Awesome , good cummunication , does her job well. Made process smooth and quick. 5 star employee
I had a great experience with this dealership. Ray found the exact car that I wanted and Sharon made it very easy to complete all the paperwork. I highly recommend buying your next car through them. Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable.
Borh good and bad. After being treated horribly at the Towson store by a sales manager, I went to the Reisterstown store where I was treated with professional courtesy. In the end I was happy with the deal and everyone. They just had one bad apple.
Answer all my question. Everyone was
Very curiosity. Love this location. Everybody
Was great doing their job. Will go back
again.
My daughter and I drove over an hour from Prince Georges County to Len Stoler to test drive and hopefully purchase a used vehicle. The salesperson was new and very nice. We were really interested in purchasing the vehicle but when we asked for a few minor things to be taken care of, we were told by the manager and later the GM that they weren't going to put any money into it. I was shocked and turned off. . We are owners of several GM vehicles and never had this type of experience until visiting here. It seems that this dealership is more concerned about their bottom line then a happy customer.
I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. I arrived at 9:20., checked in and was told to wait in waiting room, it would take about 45 minutes to an hour.
At 10:00 am I was told that they needed to use a special lift for my car but that lift was being used and wouldn t be available for another 25 minutes. I ended up being there for 2 hours for an oil change. Why bother making an appointment?!
My wife and I just bought our new car from there. Went to test drive it, fell in love, signed the papers. The staff is super nice, and very knowledgeable with their inventory. Made the purchase effortless. Even though we walked in pre-approved, they were able to beat out the rate. Would definitely consider going back if we ever needed a new car. We're an hour away in Rockville.
I have bought many cars over the years. I have bought new and used cars. I have never recommended any dealer that I have bought a car from. That has changed with Len Stoler Chevrolet. They made me a deal that totally blew me away. The entire staff was simply wonderful to deal with. No game playing and no haggling back and forth, just straight up professionalism. I will go back and buy from them again and I will definitely recommend people to go to Len Stoler Chevrolet.
Dwayne Burke put me in a beautiful wrangler at a reasonable cost. Great guy!!
Curt expedited the paperwork in a timely fashion. Another great man
Brenden was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me in detail and answered every and all questions that I had. I will with great pleasure refer any of my family or friends that are looking for a vehicle to Len Stoler Hyundai.
Great people to deal with. Made the deal over the phone and they were true to their word. I actually drove 6 hours to deal with them.
Everyone was very nice. The work was done without any problems. I asked them to check a few things they did them with no problem. I was having problems with my interior lights they took me and showed me what was wrong and corrected it. My whole experience was great and I will continue to use them.
I'm pleased with the quality of service. Service representative was terrific. I was able to wait. Left with a shiny clean .
Got a recall on my new 18 cruise, gotta drive an hour away to get it repaired. Get laughed at in service department when I ask for gas to at least repay my inconvenience. So, basically costing me time AND money. Not sure if bad policy by Stoler or just bad service professionals?
I had the WORST experience at this place. I went in to look at a 2015 Tahoe after test driving the car I wanted to try the 2016 suburban. I liked the suburban a lot and wanted to trade in my Ford Explorer. The used car salesman manager Big Ray appraised my car, while he was doing that i went to see the sales manager MARTY In a different building. This is where Marty offered $14000 for my car which is extremely low, after pointing that out to Marty in literally seconds he offered me 17000 for my car because he realized that I knew how much the car was worth. I than when to see the manager who appraised my car and he showed me on the computer that he appraised the car at $17500. He said he had no idea why Marty offered $14000 and he had nothing to do with it. I will never ever do business with them because of the lying, rudeness, and disrespect Marty showed towards a customer. Marty was the worst sales manager I dealt with and was extremely pushy, disrespectful, dishonest, and rude.
I contacted the Len Stoler Chevy dealership after getting two repair quotes on a waterpump replacement that I felt were excessively expensive! Based on my concern I called The Len Stoler chevy dealership and received an honest evaluation and diagnosis! To my surprise they found I did not need a waterpump replacement (previous auto repair quote $1500) but found I needed additional antifreeze only. That saved me over $1400 in payments I would have paid had I not requested second opinion!! Please know if want an HONEST EVALUATION for vehicle repair I highly recommend Len Stoler Chevy.. they will never provide fake repair estimates!! Trust you will be in good hands!!Hats off to Melanie and Rhonda services advisors and David top mechanic!!!
Mr Steve Bowens
Don't waste your time. Really Bad customer service. I bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 on May 5. and paid extra to add leather seat, sunroof and hard cover. After many calls, They started the job on Jun. 03. Now they don't answer the phone and I don't know when I'l get my car back !!!! more than 1 week for it. Nobody call me to give an update ......
I had an issue with Len Stoler on 5/01/17, but thanks to the Service Manager Rhonda and Wayne, an Executive at the corporate office, the issue was resolved. Although the person who I had the issue with remains at the company, I would recommend others to use their services, and if they have any issues to contact the corporate office immediately. Len Stoler is about his business and believes in making the customer happy.
Went to buy a truck from there. They wouldn't get my payment where I needed them to be. They were $19/mo off and they wouldn't meet me there. They will bend you over on a trade in and over charge you if you are so unlucky to purchase from them.
Steer clear or bring your Vaseline. Won't go back even for air in my tire
Awesome buying experience. Sales Consultant Aaron Stansbury made everything easy and answered all of my questions. From initial contact through financing to driving off the lot, easiest car buying experience I've ever been through! Thank you!
Polite and friendly employees. Fast service and on time great place to do business with!
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly, politely and with a plethora of information from salesman Jamie. I asked a hundred questions and he answered. Anything he couldn't answer, he provided later. They were straightforward, humorous, honest, and most of all fun. I felt like I was at a family reunion, hanging out and--incidentally--buying a fantastic used car. A special thank you to Adam and Ray for completing the transaction quickly and smoothly. I absoluelu love this Chevy Volt!
I was treated really nice. The sales rep did not pressure me. I was approved on the spot and the vehicle that I came for was still available and was what they advertised. I would definitely look to purchase from them in the future because of the level of service I received from Nick.
