Everything was taken care of swiftly and superbly. Melanie does a fantastic job. It seems to me like she 'went out of her way' to provide exceptional help--but I have a pretty good feeling that she ALWAYS goes the extra mile to take care of customers. I am confident that my Cadillac is in the best hands when I need service at Len Stoler in Westminster, MD. I've been a long-time customer there and this is my first Cadillac. 5 Gold Stars in my book!
