She goes the extra mile to make sure that your problem is solved and keeps you informed all the way - all with a big smile on her face. If she ever wants to leave because she needs to earn more money, it would be in your best interest to give her the raise to keep her - she's the best and losing her would be A TERRIBLE LOSS!!!!!
