Melanie.. was very nice and a pleasure to work with.. she seemed to get things taken care of when i was having multiple problems. seems like the techs need some better understanding of how things work and missing the problems then.. i still very much like my 18 traverse but am disappointed in the problems its been having.. im paying good money for a new car so i dont have issues..
