I was disappointed with my experience. It started off pretty good. Addy was pretty nice and stayed on top of our communication, but once her work was done, it went completly down hill. She advised me, after I submitted my credit application, that Vicki would follow up with me in a few days. Three days went by and I had to call looking for her. Apparently, when they transferred me to her, she wasn't at work yet and advised me that she would give me a call when she got in. I can definitely respect that. So, she called me back later that day and we discussed what I was looking for and the negatice equity on my current car. She said she would work on some numbers and call me bk. I never heard from her again and I started this process on 10/23. Even if they weren't able to get the numbers where I requested, I kinda thought they would at least let me know, instead of leaving me hanging. Definitelty disappointed in their practice, communication and customer service.
