Bought a vehicle 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience. The sales associates on the floor Dave and Laura are wonderful. That being said when it came down to making a deal, the GM would not even discuss a deal without a commitment to purchase the vehicle, to which we hadn't seen or been able to test drive. Did not even give us the courtesy of coming down and discussing this with us. Bad way to do business, it was not our fault that you didn't have the vehicle on the lot, although we did appreciate Dave's time in locating one for us. But why would anyone commit to purchase a vehicle that you had not seen or been able to test drive. You not only lost a sale, you lost two customers. Gave you two stars for the sales associates. Wish this could have been a better review, as our first experience with Len Stoler was definitely a 5 star, not this time.
