My experience at Leith Nissan has been turbulent at best. From the day of purchasing the vehicle to the on going issue that the service team has continued to fumble. There is very little respect for my time, when you couple that with poor communication and setting up a misrepresentation of expectations. I can honestly say the experience with Leith has been one of the worst I ve had. The painful part is I still need to go back a 3rd time because the issue with my Nissan is still unresolved. Avoid the service center if you can, however if you do need to take your car there know that you need to do a lot of the heavy lifting yourself follow ups checking behind the lack of quality in workmanship.
