Service Advisor: Five Stars
My service advisor, Emily Kight, was excellent. Fast and efficient. Made me feel like a VIP without being overboard or forced.

Rental: Minus One Star
Need to be more careful about the rental walkaround -- neither Nissan employee nor I noticed a small crack in windshield... so, of course, it was assumed, upon returning the rental that the crack happened on my watch. Mild annoyance... seems to have been resolved.
